Beautifully spacious, clean, and offering stunning views. The location was great—just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Communication was clear and timely, with excellent instructions that made everything easy. Overall, a truly wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved this property. The floorplan, with west and south side windows is especially nice. Its a spacious condo, but all of those fantastic views makes it feel even larger. Super nice.

Best vacation soot

This location was one of the best spots we have ever had. The proximity to pier park and east of parking made us looking at confirming bookings for next year. The condo was very clean and welcoming upon arrival.

What a View

Property was spacious and very comfortable and relaxing just what we needed. Very convenient short walks or drive to pier park plenty of shops. Amazing views of the Gulf of America!!!

It was very nice and my family loved the condo. The only thing it needs is a dead bolt on the front door. My granddaughter could get out the front door easily. Safety concern. Only thing i would change.

Never again

Dear Rental Manager, How disappointing it was yesterday checking into this Condo 909 West to discover numerous issues that should have been addressed before our arrival. I booked this condo in May and paid almost $3,000 so I thought it would be in tip top shape as the one was that we rented here in 2014. I am sending you pictures so you can see what exactly I am talking about (please see attached photos): · Multiple pieces of furniture have scratches and peeling of paint. · Hazardous exposed electric cord running across floor connecting TV. · Bed spread stained possibly from pool chemicals caused by other renters. · Molding scuffed up on numerous areas. · Food left open in cabinet that was not removed. · Dishes in dishwasher….not sure if they were clean or not. · Refrigerator saying to replace water filter. · Old solid ice packed in ice maker. · Dining room chandelier filthy. · Window Blind pull missing. · Dryer vent filthy with lint….not cleaned. · Closet door knob missing. · Mold in showers. I wonder how you would feel if your family found your condo in this condition after it costs thousands of dollars. This was supposed to be a visit special trip for my adult kids and me. I am not a complainer, but this was unacceptable in my opinion and theirs also. A refund of some kind would be the proper business decision. Sincerely, Barbara Mees

Vacation

Loved the property. Would definitely request this property again. Had a tv problem in master bedroom. Reported and no one handled. Toilet in first bedroom not flushing properly: toilet in queen bedroom runs continuously. Think coverlets should be updated.

Great condo!

This is a great condo! Housekeeping had it super clean upon arrival. The condo was beautifully decorated and the views were great. We had everything we needed for the week. I have teenagers so the location was also perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

Absolutely loved this condo!! Probably one of the best views at the Calypso. The room was beautiful and clean! We will defiantly be staying at this property again next time we come to Panama City.

This condo was really nice and located in a beautiful area of the beach/shopping/ Resturants.

Everything was perfect with a few minor issues. Even with that being said, I would rent it again!

Property was just like the pictures. Loved the location and easy check in. The owners were very quick to respond. And the kitchen was fully stocked. We will for sure be back!

No surprises.

Everything was wonderful. Communication with owner was great, property was just like the photos; clean, fresh and welcoming. Will rent another property from Warren Beach Rentals in the future.

Family Time

Perfect location for family with adult children. Walking distance to just about anyplace you would like to go. The views from the room picture perfect. The accommodations inside first class we had a wonderful stay and hope to come back in years to come!

Next to perfect

The condo was almost near perfect in every way. Real quick, the only reason I say “almost near” is a few mishaps that happened. Probably due to more of our bad luck but just to note the minor negatives: one of the chairs on the balcony was broke (didn’t matter as there were enough good ones for all of us), another lounge type chair on the balcony was dry rotted and broke as I sat on it (again probably due to my bad luck and still had plenty enough other chairs to use) and the ice maker in the freezer did not work (WBR gave us $25 credit to spend on ice). None of these mishaps were really a big deal but I listed them to say how well the WBR representatives responded to all of the issues. If you rent this condo and have an issue, rest assured that someone will get with you quickly. Everything else was perfect. If you are staying in PCB then I have to say that this is the absolute best condo to stay in. First off the location is walking distance to Pier Park where we visited nightly. I can’t imagine driving to Pier Park as the traffic was horrendous. Cars and cops everywhere. When we would get back to the condo, I would sit on my balcony and just watch the traffic move at a snails pace to and from the park. The location of this condo is perfect. Then the condo itself is beautiful on the inside. The den could use more sofa/lounge chair seating if you have a crew of 6 or more but it’s really no big deal. It’s a corner unit which allows you to view the beach behind you as well as all of the nightlife going in around Pier Park on the side of you. Being on the 9th floor is perfect for sightseeing and also not having to wait on elevators. I would highly suggest staying at this condo if going to PCB. Honesty if we do end up coming back next year and I cannot rent this condo I may not go anywhere else. It really was the absolute best located condo there.
