Beautiful property. Communications with hosts was A. We had a wee problem with air conditioning, and they had a repair person at the door within minutes. fixed it just as quickly. The location could not be better. It is a very clean and welcoming condo. The VIP parking spot under the building, next to the elevator, was great for my senior parents.

Great condo for our family of 6!

The condo was just as described. Very clean and neat. Great view and great location. The parking space that was provided with our room was nice and convenient! The chair service for the beach was nice to have everyday! We were comfortable in our condo for 6 nights and enjoyed the pool and tiki hut. It was the 4th of July during our stay, so it was busy, but still very manageable. No really long waits for elevators, no ruckus or loud noises after 10:00. The store inside Calypso was also nice for things we needed like ice, sunscreen, sunglasses, snacks etc. Being on the 2nd floor was really nice and it was easy to get all of our stuff to the beach and back everyday. Our refrigerator went out the first day we were there and once I contacted the owner we had a new refrigerator within a couple of hours and they also reimbursed us for our spoiled groceries! Communication was fantastic and they were very helpful! The fireworks were a great way to end the week and we had the perfect view! We would stay here again for sure!!

We have stayed at this propery multi times and love the location to everything. The grounds are well maintained and security on site to monitor. Location of room was excellent and so was parking. We had a small appliance issue that was resolved with the management and they were prompt at responding. We would recommend staying again.

Never should have been rented during major construction

Had no use of balcony, pool, or tiki bar bc the pool the unit overlooks had major construction from 7am-8pm every day - even Sunday. Forklifts, large saws cutting stones and a work crew of 10+. Clouds of debris from the stones being cut clouded the air and view - zero privacy - had to keep curtains closed bc work crew was looking up at us - prolly wondering why we were the only unit rented. The note about the elevator is false - definitely have to use one - the two parking spots cost $50 a peice and they are across the street - terrible for loading and unloading. Requested to be moved but rental company wants to send us to a diff resort - said we got any email - email said pavers would be replaced NOT major construction for 5 days 12 hours a day. Only comp I could get was a couple beach chairs but beach chair boys claimed they wouldn’t eat if we did pay for them. Would not recommend.

Fantastic Condo!

Great condo! Tasteful decor, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds…we couldn’t have asked for more! We especially loved the 2nd floor location as we were able to avoid the elevator wait lines!

Great Time Here

Everything as listed. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Loved the non crowded elevators. Pool was our kids favorite place to spend the day when we had red flags. Overall we had a great experience. Appreciate the quick replies to emails when we had questions for the property management.

Beautiful condo

Everything was perfect and better than advertised! Was very clean and smelled so fresh (would love to know what they use to make it smell so good without being overpowering). If I had one suggestion it would be a new knife set. We have stayed in many units at Calypso and this was one of the nicest. Loved being on the 2nd floor where you go one floor up for parking and one floor down for the beach.

Great location

Great location! Poorly stocked kitchen, the coffe makes had mold growing on the inside of it, floors were dirty, outdoor wicker chair cushions falling apart. Looks like there was mold growimg behind one of the chairs. The staff were rude. The pool security employees were rude and played loud videos while they were monitoring people.at the pool. The swimming pool was filthy, clumps of hair and other debris floating. The amenities were not that great as well. The tiki bar on more than one occasion were out of food they advertised they had. No hot tub!

Great area, not impressed by property

The location is wonderful, walking distance to Pier Park and restaurants. Beach is beautiful. Property was pretty dirty, floors need cleaning and stairwells are gross. The condo was nice but for the price, I was not impressed. Kitchen comes with super old pots and pans with the coating coming off, and random mismatched pieces. The couch was very uncomfortable and the bunk bed very unstable and shaky. It was also a lot smaller than the pictures would suggest. Overall not terrible but would not book again.

Early vacation

Property was exactly as pictured. Extremely good location for watching older children in pool, beautiful view of oceanfront and easy walking distance to pier park and eating establishments. Would gladly stay here again and would definitely recommend to others
