Everything was just perfect! The recent condo renovations were amazing, everything was very clean and tidy. The views were stunning (I did not miss one sunrise or sunset)! We all thoroughly enjoyed every second of our time! We had a need for scissors and couldn’t find any- perhaps a pair could be added. Thank you very much!

The check in process was super easy. There were glass plates & glasses but bring plastic cups if you prefer. The location is perfect; beach is easily accessible, as well as Pier Park. Great views from the balcony. We’ll be back for sure!!!!

Great Vacation

Great space for our family! Location is convenient to walk to restaurants and entertainment. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. The laundry room was large and worked very well! We were very happy with our trip and we were all sad to leave!

Great Condo

This condo was wonderful. It was easiest process for booking/arriving/cleanup. The 2 beach chair/umbrella provided with the rental was an added bonus that I loved!The location was prefect being next to Pier Park!

Great condo, view, heated pool and proximity to EVERYTHING!

Very clean, parking great and easy to get to vehicle. Close to so much fun! Choices unlimited. Security guard visible. Front desk and Mykala were outstanding with check in and help during our stay. Tiki Bar and bartender were super nice. The team who puts out the chairs on the beach were amazing. Very helpful. Overall my visit to Calypso was top notch and I’ll will be back!

Great accommodations!

Condo had everything we needed and then some! It was clean, great location for those who want to walk to Pier Park, and easily accessible from the parking garage to the condo. The views of the ocean were amazing, and the pools were perfect for cooling off after the beach. The chairs and umbrella were also a nice addition to our stay and the Calypso resort crew were friendly and made sure people followed resort rules so no nonsense!

Excellent condo

Great view. Well stocked kitchen. Clean bathroom. Under garage parking excellent and convenient. Been coming to PCB for 20+ years and this condo has the most comfortable beds and sofa and recliners that we have EVER stayed in. Definitely will be back and worth every penny. You will not be disappointed.

Clean condo with Beautiful decor. Beds and pillows were comfortable. 10th floor was perfect for sitting on the balcony that had comfy chairs to enjoy the view.

Perfect stay in Panama City Beach

Everything from the private parking, to the Amazing views from the condo was perfect. We watched dolphins from the deck, sunsets every night, walked daily to pier park for shopping, the kids playing, watching movies and multiple places to eat. The condo is less than a block from pier park, less than a block from Alvin's Island,.. a couple of blocks from Sharkeys Beach restaurant. The private parking is 5 steps from the elevator, and once off the elevator the condo is 10 steps away... couldn't have been a more perfect place to stay. No car was even needed. Our oldest son flew in separately and we picked him up at the airport just minutes away. Then after we left he spent the day we checked out of the condo walking around pier park, caught a movie, walked to Sharkeys for a nice meal, shopped some more then took the beach shuttle back to the airport. The beach shuttle to the airport was only a $5 charge. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO to anyone and everyone. Door codes were given so there was no check in or check out wait. Four adults and a child had plenty of room and we could easily have had three more people sleeping in beds as well. Easily enough room for eight or more and the full over full bunks were outstanding. You wont go wrong choosing this condo. If you are trying to decide the best area or condo to stay in... you just found it. Convenient, perfect location, no car needed and if you do bring a car it is literally steps to the elevator and then just steps to the room. All you need is your swimsuit and be ready to have an amazing time. Free beach service of chairs and umbrella set up daily at 6am... two huge pools to swim in, tiki bar between the pools for snacks and drinks for all ages.

Convenient Location

Everything was as advertised; condo had easy access within garage next to elevators and close to elevators on 12th floor. Power surge caused elevator outage Wednesday most of the day but Warren Beach staff kept us updated until it was fixed. (This affected multiple resorts.) Only disappointment: floors were very dirty. I cleaned the kitchen floor upon arrival. Everything else was lovely. And it was so helpful to have basic supplies available when we arrived!

Great space

Private parking spot is awesome. View from the room is amazing. Perfect for walkable access to pier park. Only a few negatives, the master bed is very uncomfortable, the 4 pm check in (especially when no one is in the room the night before) because the toilet in the master bath had a ring around the bowl from where it had been sitting from its last cleaning, and I had to plunge the drain in the master bath tub for it to drain properly, and the unit could use a few more cooking utensils. But overall we had an amazing time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Just the few upgrades could be better for the future.

Best in parking space

I was overall pleased with this unit. Best of all “huge parking space, right next to elevator”. The bed mattress was a little hard, but sheets were the softest I have ever felt. The ice maker did not work. So instead of waiting on and meeting maintenance, we opted to use the ice trays provided. Throwback to 70’s, but not that big of a deal. Some plugs did not work in primary bedroom bath. Best location to walk 5 minutes to pier park. And a block from Walmart for groceries. I plan on staying here again. Great vacation! Thanks Warren rentals.

Best place on the beach

Loved being on the beach!! Loved the beach chairs and umbrella. The parking spot on the garage was the BEST!!! Hope to come back again when it's warmer.
