Me and my husband were down for an anniversary celebration. The property is very nicely positioned to the beach, pier park, and the pier. Condo was nicely placed in the middle of the west tower, both floor placement and placement in the very center of building with equal number of condos on each side. Condo was well appointed, clean, and easy to get to, being right off of the elevators on 12th floor. Nicely stocked with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc. Communication with management was very transparent. Parking garage was easy to navigate. 3rd level is the sweet spot, as it is the level the skybridge is on, that connects parking garage to towers 1 and 2. We parked on 4 and had no trouble getting where we needed to go. Pier park is maybe a 10 minute walk from the towers ground level. Bed seemed firm to us. Unit does not come with beach chair rental. We were not there long enough to rent chairs and/or umbrella. Walking on the pier was more fun than i thought it woukd be. 4 each for spectator walking. 7 each to fish, at the time of our stay. It was a short weekend trip, but we had loads of fun. Hope to come back with our kids.
