PCB Vacay at the Wonderful Calypso Tower 3 Again!!!

This condo was perfect. Centrally located to everything at the Calypso Resort. 3rd level overlooking the gorgeous pool with an unobstructed view of the ocean and pier. You are close enough to the elevator to have access to downstairs cafe, doughnuts, ice cream, coffee, pool and tiki bar. The 3rd floor is also the central hub for the parking deck and crosswalk to Towers I, II and the beach, so you have easy access to everywhere! Kerry communicated everything I needed to know prior to our trip including door code, parking pass, WiFi and all tips needed to have a great vacation. Check in was seamless and no contact needed. The condo was clean and even stocked with a Welcome/Starter pack of paper towels, dish and laundry detergent, dishwasher pod, toilet paper. Linens and towels are provided including some extra beach towels. One of main perks of booking this condo is the complimentary 2 chair and umbrella rental that comes with your stay. We would spend the day at the ocean/pool, come in for a nap and then head out to Pier Park for shopping and dinner. We loved this condo and vacation.

Spring Break 2025

This condo is in the perfect spot, the access for the third floor is right where you will want to be. Beach is easily accessible, restaurants are walkable & close to pier park. The pool is heated and accommodating. We used the work out facilities daily and enjoyed the balcony. The condo is clean and the decor has a fabulous classic beach vibe. Would recommend to friends and family.

Car Show Weekend

We were in town for the Emerald Coast Car Show. The location of this condo was so convenient to the shops & restaurants of Pier Park. It was also clean, updated, and had everything that we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

This place is wonderful. Location was perfect and it was soooo clean. Had everything I needed and even a comfy bed. So close to where I needed to be. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful!

Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us! Our family loved the week. The location of the condo is absolutely PERFECT too especially with unloading and reloading your car for your trip! It was an amazing week. Beautiful beach, amazing pool with awesome food in the restaurant. Will definitely be back!

My new go to!

Perfect is what this place is. Best location you can get! Very clean, 3rd floor view, and the host is very nice and easy to talk to and quick with response time. Plus the beach chairs came with the stay which made it that much better! Will be my first choice to look into for our yearly vacations!

GREAT LOCATION! GREAT CONDO! GREAT VIEWS!

THE CONDO HAD GREAT VIEWS, GREAT LOCATION TO THE PIER, AND OUR HOST KERRY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND MADE SURE OUR STAY WAS GREAT. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK NEXT SUMMER!

Couldn't ask for more!!

Dolphins dream is a great place to stay. Lots of shopping,food, and quick access to the beach. You can park you car and forget it, everything you need is within walking distance. We were there with baseball familys that stayed in condos that were located in other towers and had nothing but bad experiences. Dealing with kerry (property manager) was effortless and she always responded promptly. She was very attentive, making herself available at the drop of a hat. She was never needed for any issues, this condo was great. You can tell that she really cares about her customers. Will rent again the next time we are in panama city beach.

Beautiful Condo & Amazing Stay

We spent a week in Kerry‘s condo in July 2023 traveling with five children, all under the age of 13. We absolutely loved our stay at Calypso Tower III in this beautiful condo! Kerry went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to have a successful vacation. Our weeks stay in her condo made us feel right at home. The kitchen was equipped with all different types of pans and pots, blender, can opener, and mixer that you would need for the perfect vacation! We even had a Keurig and regular coffee maker, which was a plus for us! This room is located on level three, which makes the view quite amazing. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony, looking at the ocean and enjoying the view of the pool side. We also enjoyed the tiki bar daily and the ice cream shop. We were not bothered by anyone poolside regarding bracelets. There were people walking around checking for them on adults or children older than 13 years of age but this never was a problem for us. We love that Calypso Tower III guest are the only guests allowed at the pool-this really eliminates the problem of not finding a place to sit or feeling overcrowded. We never had a problem finding anywhere to sit poolside or the pool being too crowded for my children to play. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay, and will definitely return in the future.
