Great place to stay , clean & good location. Definitely had a bunch of beach accessories to use . We had an elevator out during our stay , that made it tough at times . But I guess that’s with any place . Overall 9 out of 10

I would absolutely recommend this condo and stay here again. We stayed for 5 nights, July 14-19 2025. The balcony of course had an amazing view. The furniture on the balcony was so comfy - a must if you want to enjoy the views during any stay. The mattresses also so comfy - beauty rest hybrid - I’m now buying one for home - slept so good! Response from maintenance on the patio door was quickly resolved (lock was stuck due to the weather). Peak times had an elevator wait but that’s any place like this and I’ve stayed at many. Kitchen has all you need (does need a spatula) and is clean as are the bathrooms. The beach in front of the condo was never overly crowded. They send an email with all you need to know before, during and after your stay. There is no lobby or front desk - check in is with the guy at the entrance of the parking garage who was soo kind and friendly!

Could have been better

Floors were dirty and dusty, especially bathrooms. Public hairs all over master shower wall. Kitchen surfaces had food on counters at check in. Very dusty on all bedroom tables. I am a cleaning lady and I guarantee I left it in MUCH better condition than I found it.

Awesome Property!

This property met my expectations. The condo was EXACTLY as advertised. It was well equipped, living area was very comfortable with well kept furniture. Viewing the ocean from the balcony was even better because of the comfortable furniture that was provided. I would definitely recommend staying here to any family!

The unit was great. Beautiful views. Right on the beach. Loved the balcony. The only thing missing in the unit was hair dryer which was odd. Also towels looked dirty, I had to wash them before using. There was a lot of dead fish on the beach which I have never seen before. It was a little concerning but it may be seasonal thing. Other than that we had a great time.

Great spot, not very clean.

The condo is in prime location for shopping, dining, and tourist attractions with a beautiful view over the water. The outdoor pool was nice and relaxing and the beach wasn’t overcrowded. The condo also was not the cleanest when we first arrived. Silverware and utensils had clumps of food stuck to them so we hand washed all of our dishes prior to use during our stay. We also noticed a very distinct, putrid smell every time we entered the condo to find out that the dishwasher had not been cleaned between guests and there were large bits of fish and other food in the bottom of it, producing a nauseating and putrid smell; the dishwasher was unusable to us. We also found a caddy for cleaning supplies under the sink which was filled with dark, stagnated water with a film over top of it. The beach chairs and umbrellas in front of the condo were $50/day so we opted to bring the chairs that were provided by the condo. The chairs provided were very rusted and all broken due to damage. The beach was nice, however it was never grated so there were cigarette butts and other small garbage items scattered about. The master bathroom shower would not drain and would quickly fill with water when showering. I think if cleaning services were better our stay would have been more enjoyable.

Winter escape

The condo was well equipped with everything you need for the kitchen to beach items. Our kids really enjoyed having boogie boards to use, especially since we forgot ours at home. The internet was excellent and supported our 4 kids doing their online schooling. The beds were super soft and probably the most comfortable we have found in any rental/hotel. The balcony was amazing and had comfortable furniture as well. A couple of the beach chairs have rusted out and were unusable. Overall, it was great to have a place right on the beach.

Great Stay!!

I loved this place. Everything was great. It was very clean great balcony and view. The location was perfect. My only complaint is the overpriced fees of nearly 900.00 with a deposit that I haven't received back as of yet.

We were so incredibly pleased when we walked into the suite. Very roomy, decorated so tastefully, and immaculate. Parking is a challenge bc of construction but not awful. Very handy to good restaurants and shopping (Pier Park). Will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Property

This unit is as well kept as any you’ll find. Spotless, with high end, comfortable decor. We were as pleased with this property as any we’ve ever rented. The only draw back was cutting our vacation short due to Hurricane Michael. Other than that, not a single disappointment. When we return, we’ll definitely look at this property first.
