Fall Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were great! Sterling Breeze itself was a wonderful resort with friendly staff and great amenities. The location is terrific and easy to get to so much. We will try to book the same room every time we come to PCB!

Family getaway

We had a wondeful time! A few of the dishes were not 100 percent clean but honestly I blame that on other guests just pulling things out of the dishwasher and putting things away without checking them. The property manager was very responsive and you cant beat the view. Location is great and its close to pier park but not on the crazy busy end of front beach. We had 8 people and slept comfortably. We would definitely want to stay again.

Last minute decision

We decided 2 days before check in that we were going to the beach! This rental made the whole process easy. Rental agreement and parking was completed immediately online. No face to face check in was great since we didn’t arrive until very late. The condo was super nice with linens and a few extras included (dish washing liquid, paper towels and dishwasher pods). The only negatives to mention were the elevator being updated (we used the stairs some) and other guests smoking which allowed us to smell “skunk” while sitting on the balcony. If we go back to PCB, we would definitely stay here again!

Nice, but could be better

Overall the property was okay. We have been to the Sterling Breeze a couple of times in the past. It felt like a luxurious condo back then, but not anymore. The couch had some major stains on it, I immediately put a sheet over it before I sat down on it because it looked so nasty. The listing isn’t very clear about parking. You have to buy a parking pass when you get there, they are $50.00 a piece. Then you have to show that parking pass to the front desk to get your pool and beach access bands which are not very comfortable to wear. Truthfully, it was all a bit ridiculous. The fees for the condo are very expensive, so I’d think they could throw in a parking pass. The rooms were nice, and the beds were comfortable. But, I think you could find a better condo with less aggravation for the price.

Choose a different condo

This condo needs a lot of updating. A lot of mold in the master bathroom ceiling. Microwave was not working like it should and its very very dirty. The living room couch was filthy we didn't even sit on it. It was very must and greasy. Its not worth the price they are asking! Trust me Look elsewhere especially if you have kids.

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Sterling Breeze. Loved the access to all the attractions and the beach! Our Washed didn’t work we called Management they had it fixed immediately!! I loved the Kitchen it was fully stocked, the only thing I would suggest is one or two more Kitchen towels, one just isn’t enough for the time we spent! Other than that we highly recommend it and would stay again!

Good Family Getaway

Overall our stay was good. We arrived early, before check in which was 4:00 pm. Most places, the room is usually ready but it wasn’t. We arrived at 4:00 pm and the cleaning ladies were still in the unit cleaning it. They asked if they could have 5 more minutes but ended up being 20. We had to walk in to a wet floor! Clean but wet! One of the bathroom showers was clogged and we had to call maintenance to unclog it. They did come fairly quickly which was a plus! The view of the condo was beautiful and other than the two small incidents at the beginning of our stay we had a great vacation. I give it a 4 out 5.
