Overall nice condo with great view! The condo could use a little updating and small fixes. Would suggest putting curtains in the bunk room because it does get bright in there! Close to the elevators, which is nice, but they are loud. Our family enjoyed our time there - beach and pool are great!

Great condo

The condo was well stocked, the decorations were lovelyand the beds were comfortable. The only thing not great was it was too close to the elevator, do it was very noisy.

Look Somewhere Else

Great Location, Elevators Were literally broken half of the time and kept getting stuck and falling, Couches Were Nasty had to put a blanket over to sit,Curtains Were torn, Mattress Need to be Replaced Horrible! Garden Tub Was Not even useable only on Hot water knob the cold was laying on the side and a piece of the tub was over the hole and its extreme Hot Water, I’m glad my small child didn’t get curious and want to get in the tub without me knowing it would of scalded her! Overall Cleanness Should have Been Better. Contacted the Property All They offered was for them to come in during our stay to fix said items Which I don’t feel Comfortable Doing so With our Belongings Up there while we are out enjoying Our Family Vacation, No Fan in The Bunk Room which makes it incredibly HOT! Probably Would Not Rent Again! Never Heard back From them after they said they would contact the property Mgr if they was in Reno Mode they shouldn’t of Rented the Condo

Very nice condo!

The condo is beautifully decorated and wonderful view of the ocean. A few suggestions for future guests- more towel racks like on patio for beach towels, and in the bathrooms. And maybe an ice maker in kitchen. Also, the security gaurds were very unfriendly with radios on outside pool deck and floats when there was no mention of this in the rules. Other than that, I would highly recommend this condo.

Great Place Vacation

The ocean view is spectacular. The furnishings are great; very beachy. Condo does need a deep cleaning. We dusted headboards and metal artwork as they were covered in dust. The vacuum cleaner was packed with old dirt. We cleaned it out so they would pick up sand and dirt off of floor. The condo has great appliances and dishes. You will need a car to visit a variety of restaurants, as there are not many near the condo. .If you come in February, be aware that weather is very cool and water is rough.

Truly Magestic

This truly was a special month for me. I came to help out my daughter who had her 4th child. I stayed the whole month of January and would recommend this place 100%. There’s a couple reasons why I didn’t go with 5 stars. The condo is located in an ideal location and parking is easy. The pictures show a beautiful layout of furniture and decor but these items are mostly dated. Most of the porch furniture needs to be replaced. The sleeper couch is hard as a rock and old. The bedding is VERY old and needs to be replaced. The sheets were so thin that they were ripping. I brought my own. Other than those things, I had no complaints. The view everyday was magnificent and the whole month was life changing for me.

Great Condo and Management Company!

Great condo and awesome property management company! It's decorated and furnished really well and has pretty much everything you could need. The listing says that there is no hair dryer, but there is one in the master bathroom. Realjoy went way above and beyond in communicating and was super helpful. The location of this unit is also great because you're in towel 1 (with the restaurant and cafe) and the 18th floor is high enough that you can see all the sea creatures from the balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved this condo

Best condo we have stayed at so far. Layout is great and decor is appealing. Curtains had some rips, and walls and doors are a little banged up, but all in all our favorite so far. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great Vacation

The property was great and is exactly like the description. The Real Joy management team is the best! They were very friendly and helpful prior to our visit and they replied to all of our questions with quick responses. Our family had a wonderful time.
