Great!

The room was perfect for a long weekend. We’ve stayed at the property a few times and it gets better every time. I could tell where the property had recently had major updates & was overall just better. We will definitely be better.

Great Beach Getaway

Location was convenient, right on the beach, close to restaurants and Walmart. The condo was clean, great beach view, and there weren’t any loud disruptive neighbors.

Nice condo

The condo was clean upon arrival. Has a beautiful view of the ocean. There is a flor to ceiling window along with a few othe small windows that allow for a perfect view of the ocean. Check in was easy. The bed and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. The bed sinks in badly in the middle. It really needs replaced. The couch is hard as a rock. Not something you really want to sit on to try and relax. Thankfully we did not spend much time in our room. There are no balconies outside the rooms here which was quite disappointing since we love sitting out there at night and in the mornings. They do have balcony areas around the complex on each floor with chairs but we like a bit more privacy. This condo seems to be on the more quiet end of PCB which was nice since we don't really like all the noise and craziness of people riding up and down the strip. Overall it was a nice place and we didnt have any issues while staying here.

Pictures are accurate! It is a great view, less busy area but still on the main strip. Very peaceful getaway! Only downfall was slow drain.

I found the apartment to be nice. It could use a little more cleaning but wasn’t gross. I did get in earlier ( which i appreciated) so I don’t know if effective their cleaning time. The bed was a little hard but for the money was a fantastic stay. Also, a dresser under the tv would be nice. We struggle to find a place to put our clothes up. Most of the staff was friendly. Appreciate the lady in the gift shop when I needed some first aid.

Nice place for the price

Beautiful view, beautiful beach. The place was clean and had a great view. Perfect for a couple or single person. Only complaint? Parking was 30 even though the instructions said 20, and it has to be cash. Why you have to pay to park at a bunch of condos is beyond me but that’s ok. On-site manager was super nice though! She gave us the code to the game room and was very sweet. The neighborhood is ok. Very touristy. It reminded me of staying on International Drive in Orlando. If you know you know. Great place though! Great walking distance to some cool restaurant/bars/fun activities. I’m only taking a star off because charging people to park at a condo is kind of not cool. That’s something hotels do. We use Vrbo and that other site to get away from stuff like that. Other than that, great place!

Great value Needs a few “tune ups”

The unit has a beautiful view and the pictures are accurate. The building has been very well maintained for its age. Staff was Very nice! The unit lacked some cleanliness ( just a not so deep cleaning ) sink slow to drain, flooring not especially clean, sheets did not fit the bed, small thin pillows, tv was in & out of Wi-Fi, a bit musty smell, pots and pans pretty old, All in all it was a 3.5 stars out of 5 Maybe I have high expectations but I feel this is accurate

Gift To Myself

My third stay at Top of the Gulf and the best unit so far! Bright and clean, comfortable bed (pillows not so much) and perfect view of the beach and the ocean. I loved being on the top floor. I love the big picture window. I chose this unit because one window is operable, but alas, too much wind and rain, so I kept it closed. I will book this again if I ever get the chance.

Wonderful, relaxing week!

We had a wonderful stay at Top of the Gulf. Our room was stocked with everything we needed. One of the best parts of the property was that it wasn’t very busy at all- even in the middle of the summer. The elevators were quick and the beach was roomy. The only drawback was that there was a picture in the listing advertising free beach service. After booking, we found out beach service was not included. We were very disappointed. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience.
