Was not pleased that the bedrooms were by the street. Lots of noise from cars and hall traffic. Cannot put your blankets and beach equipment on the area in front of the hotel making it difficult with small children. Cleanliness was a 7 out of 10. No closey space so suitcase had to sit out in the bathroom

Elevator Garage Access Pool - Inconveniences

The property presented major inconvenience relating to users using elevators, garages, pools. The building is dated. The property is dated although it seems the owner has attempted to do the best they can (maybe)? We likely would not stay at this property again. The property presents odors consistent with water and sewage problems. We had to keep all bathroom doors closed and run the vent continuously to help control the odor from flowing out to other rooms. Again inconveniences caused frustration and tolerance issues for us all (young & old).

Perfect place!

The condo was big & roomy for our big family. It had everything we needed. It was super clean. The beds were amazing. We all agreed we have never stayed anywhere that had such comfortable beds. The view was spectacular. I was worried about the elevators after reading about the elevators at Tidewater, but we had no issues at all & it was spring break. I will definitely be staying in 314 again.

Great time on the beach! ran out of TP

Overall the unit was very clean and matched the description presented online. Right next to beach, and many conveniences located on the property. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only short coming we found was the lack of toilet paper. There was one roll in each bathroom, but no refills or back-ups. We had to go and buy toilet paper. That was pretty disappointing considering the rate we paid should probably have covered at least a few more rolls.

Enjoyed our stay!

Liked staying on the 3rd floor! Sometimes the elevators are an issue at this condo. This unit had everything we needed. Loved the Keurig! Not so much the Velcro appliance handle covers. The beds were comfy. The outdoor furniture was very limited (2 plastic chairs) and cheap. Overall it was nice.

Tidewater 314

We found that the listing and description were very accurate and true. All of the staff at Tidewater is very helpful and friendly. The condo is up to date and nicely stocked. We alternated meals in and out during our stay and everything we needed was there and in great condition. The view is perfect for those that want to sit on the balcony and take in the sunrise, beach activity or sunset. We would definitely go back to #314.

Perfect, except for elevators

First off let me say that I get anxiety when staying anywhere other than my own home because I’m afraid the places I stay won’t be cleaned to my standards. I was very surprised that this condo was very clean ! It eased all my anxiety once I saw it in person. Everything was great about our stay. As the other reviewers stated, the elevators take a long time but this condo is only on the third floor so we were able to take the stairs except when we had the luggage carts. The washer and dryer worked great! Everything was clean. Great location ! We will be back again!

Pros: great view, nice room, great location Cons: room door didn’t lock from inside and my 2yr old grand baby got out twice, elevators were terrible and half were not working, parking was difficult to find when the place is full and staff was asked about parking and he just went in and sat down and didn’t bother to help.
