Great unit!

We've stayed in various units at Boardwalk Beach Resort and really enjoyed this one. It's very clean and updated. We cook a lot while there and the kitchen is well stocked which makes it easy. It's a wonderful place to stay! We'll definitely rent this unit again!

Peaceful Panama View

Great for a family of five!

Perfect condo on the beach for a family of five! Enough room for everyone to have their “own space”. Kitchen was also well equipped and great bathrooms!

Beautiful Condo and Views

The condo is gorgeous and the views are spectacular! I loved the updated style of the condo, the master bedroom and bath are beautiful. The kitchen was so nice, with everything we needed to prepare a few meals and have coffee in the morning overlooking the ocean on the balcony. The tiki bar downstairs right off the pool was an added bonus. My family loved walking out to the beach from the property and everything was kept up very nicely. We enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely be back!

Soul therapy stay!

The condo & location was perfect for our week long stay! Courtney was extremely communicative with anything needed but in all honesty, everything was exactly as expected so there wasn't much communication needed. Thank you for the forever memories!

This unit was exactly what we expected, very nicely updated and gave our family plenty of space to spread out. Everything was very clean and we loved being on a lower floor. We went in the heated pool and hot tubs every day, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful Unit ⛱️

Our family loved the stay here! Boardwalk is one of our favorite places to visit. The condo upgrades are great and all appliances are clean. The u it was fully stocked to be able to prepare all kinds of meals. Having a regular coffee maker AND a keurig was a great surprise! Only suggestion would be to have cleaning crew do a better clean in the showers and kitchen sink. I did some self cleaning to remove the mold/mildew in both. Other than that - it was perfect!

I've stayed at Boardwalk Beach Resort condominium at least eight times and it's a terrific experience each time. I was disappointed with the water pressure for the bathtub in the master bath and I really wish DVD/Blu-ray players would make a come back. I love to watch movies. Overall it was a very much needed vacation and I'm satisfied!

Super convenient to have a restaurant/bar just downstairs right by the pool. Everyone who works in the building is super nice. Pool and splash pad are extremely clean, and patrolled by security regularly. The condo itself had everything we needed to cook, massive amount of dishes, pots and pans, silverware and utensils. Will DEFINITELY book this condo again in the future!!

Great place on the Beach

Southern Coast Vacation Rentals is an excellent management company. We had HVAC problems upon arrival, which were fixed on Super Bowl Sunday! The unit is great, furnishing and bedding top rated. The building's parking garage is handy to the elevators; the parking is limited in the covered area. The building has a pool and an exercise room. The area around Boardwalk is walkable but has few restaurants, so look to drive to dinner. We reported a few minor Maintenace problems to Southern Coast, which they promised immediate repairs.

Wonderful!

Our stay here was great - excellent floor plan for a family. My only feedback would be it would’ve been great to have a pack and play. This unit came up when I filtered my search for a crib. We figured it out, but I suggest having a pack and play included as this is a great unit for families! Also - be aware that the kitchen is very minimally stocked. Be prepared to buy almost everything you need, even a cutting board!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall adequate, the weather and parking issues at Boardwalk make the trip forgettable. The condo needed better cleaning the furniture and carpeted areas. Kitchen skillets need replacing now. Hodgepodge of cooking utensils, the clothes dryer needs repair.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous view!!

I will start off by saying, the kiddie pool was out of service, but my little girl enjoyed the shallow end of the big pool just as well. The master bed popped a lot, but still slept wonderfully. The dryer didn’t work while we were there and we had to hang our clothes to dry, but over all this was an amazing place and still gets 5 stars from me and I do plan on coming back! Our trip was nothing short of amazing! The panoramic view is incredible! Just a few steps out to the clearest ocean waters I’ve ever seen in my life and no more than a hop, skip, and a jump to some of the coolest shops and attractions. If I could leave 10 stars, I would!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and well maintained when we arrived. We had no problems at all and had a WONDERFUL week in Boardwalk 904! The pool rules are extreme with constant security making the rounds. You also can't find a chair by 11am. I understand they really want the resort to be family friendly but it would be nice if just one hour a day they would let them have diving toys or a small ball to respectfully toss back and forth in the water. Nothing was allowed anywhere near the pool that could remotely be fun. We won't stay in this complex again because of the pool rules. My 12 year old loves to make friends in the pool and he can't if you just have to stand there. LOVED the gated parking lot and the security constantly made themselves present - yet they were very friendly. Southern Coast was an excellent host. Entire process was seamless and communication was great. Wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again. Loved the condo - especially the bathrooms and the balcony!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time to stay at Boardwalk Beach Resort. The condo was amazing!! It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony was amazing!! The only negative things I have to say are about the resort...the hoses to rinse off coming off the beach do not work. They didn’t work last year when we stayed at this resort. This wouldn’t prevent us from staying here again but it is a minor inconvenience for guests and seems like a minor thing that should be fixed.
