The check in process was smooth, and we had no issues. The first night we enjoyed the live music by the pool. We all agreed the set up of the pool with the restaurant and 2 spa tubs and live music with a little shop was an awesome set up. The beach was just a short walk away, and there is a little splash pad for toddlers by pool as well.
Our room was bright and modern looking, the couch was comfortable and so was the bed. We enjoyed that the TV had netflix and youtube. I noticed there was a lot of dust under the bed and even some trash, so that obviously got missed and was a little disappointing.
The bathroom had a big bathtub, which I was excited for! Unfortunately, the hot water ran out very early and the tub could not fill even close to half way. The shower water got plenty hot and it was a nice. There was no toilet paper anywhere, though. We liked the big double sinks and there was a lot of storage. There were even 3 detergent pods for the washer/dryer for us. One of the biggest issues we had; however, was the wash/dryer did NOT dry the clothes. They seemed to just get very hot, but remain damp. We ended up hanging our things to dry for the entirety of our stay.
The kitchen had plenty, even an airfryer. There were dryer sheets and dishsoap. There were no trashbags or papertowels.
Towels by pool, working dryer, stocked paper products/trashbags, hotwater, and cleaning under the bed are our recommendations. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Would recommend.
