Enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, private cute resort. Very close to beautiful whitesand beaches. Friendly people walking around the community. Only problem was no communication at all when we had a question. Called and emailed several times.

Family friendly quiet place near the beach.

It was clean and cute. Easy access to everything. Wi-Fi didn’t work but that didn’t affect our stay. I’m sure they would have got that working if I reached out to our guest services contact. Over all good stay.

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE

I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a rental in my life. Do not rent this place. It’s disgusting! After complaining to the property manager, she came by to assess and threw few things away. She then went back and told the owner that we had a cat staying with us (only bc we are evacuating from a hurricane). Evolve immediately sent us an email saying they were going to charge us for a pet fee without even addressing all of the other issues. The cat should’ve been the LEAST of their worries! I would’ve totally agreed to pay the pet fee if the rest of the issues were addressed. I have YET to hear from Evolve to see if they could compensate us for all of the things that were wrong. Horrible rental company! Here are just a few things: • wrong door code • wrong gate code • wrong WiFi password • drains clogged in bathrooms • opened food left in cabinets • mold on ceilings • trash left in rooms • dead battery on golf cart • poor overall cleanliness • no shower head • fruit flies • pizza under the sofa • water was cut off without warning for a few hours

This condo needs a thorough cleaning and all the “stuff” removed. It is decorated in early attic. The location is good and golf cart is a plus.

Great only few flaws

We loved our stay. However, when we walked in there was a smell of cigarettes even though it was listed as a smoke-free condo. Also, shower seemed to rarely have hot water.

We had a blast!

Everything was great! The only thing for me and my husband was the bed downstairs was extremely uncomfortable. It made my back sore almost the whole week. My kids said their beds upstairs were uncomfortable too. The listing says the couch is a pull out bed,.but it is not. We still made due so not a huge deal. We had to call the manager once because we got locked out of the bathroom upstairs but Audrey sent her husband to fix it. Also, the golf cart did work at first and we used it to go back and fourth to the pool. But it ended up dying on the 3rd day and we tried to charge it but it wouldn't charge at all. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Audrey let us check in roughly 5 hours early, which was awesome because we drove all night long with 5 kids and a dog. We were so exhausted! We just wish our bed wasn't so hard, if anything! All in all, we will be back next year:)

Really liked the complex, only a few things that bothered us.. sleeper sofa was advertised,(but we made do) need to leave a broom in the closet to sweep the leaves, golf cart is in the post but it didn’t work.. also found the bracelets for all amenities on last morning, could never get parking passes cause nobody was in the clubhouse.. oh really the biggest problem is the toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom needs to be replaced has a crack that pinched when u sit 😀but all these things are minor, and would definitely stay again.. the patio was my favorite part.. the Nixon’s

Had a WONDERFUL stay !!!! Very clean loved the. Condo. Our property Manager Audrey was amazing always there to answer questions. We got to take our 2 little fur babies which was very important. Will be back!!! Highly recommend!!!

Horizon South stay

The unit we stayed in was clean, neat and near the beach with easy access. The unit had a golf cart but it didn't work. The property manager, Audrey P. did her best to try and get it working. She was very nice and helpful. R. Carter
