  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Loved the location and view. The condo had many nice features with comfortable bedding. The layout of the condo was wonderful and we loved the nice sized balcony. Our biggest complaint was the furniture. The furniture was poor quality, uncomfortable and not clean. We struggled to get comfortable when watching tv or talking with family. All the kitchen chairs had peeling that left black marks on our clothing. We had to buy beach towels to sit on and ended up bringing our camping chairs in from our car for seating. The cost of the condo did not meet the furniture accommodations. Another issue we had was the washing machine had a terrible odor and green/black “goo.” We cleaned it out and bought some washing machine cleaner and that helped a little, but wanted to let you know. We really loved the condo overall and would love to revisit next year if the furniture is replaced.

The room was perfect for the size of our party. Very spacious and comfortable. We lost electricity and A/C one morning, but the owners immediately arranged for us to move units when it was found that the repairs would not be immediate. This was on a Sunday morning, but there were no delays in solving the problem. My family was very impressed with the quick action. This is my third time to stay at Grand Panama, and i will stay here again.

We had a great stay. Love the location, but it could use some upgrades. The unit has a couch and 2 chairs for a family of 8. The couch needs replacing and put a comfortable sectional in its place. Cleanliness of the property was ok but could use some extra tlc .

Great trip

We were in Panama City for our grand daughter’s dance competition. Location was perfect and condo is as advertised. Very clean, beds comfortable, well stocked and views of beach awesome. Would stay here again in a heart beat. Mitch the host was very responsive and easy to work with. The entire property was well kept and clean. Only thing we didn’t know is you have to pay for parking and wrist bands to use facilities. Cost our group 90.00 total. Other than that we had a great trip.

Family vacation

We loved the location!! The only complaints I have is the bunk bed sheets were dirty and had hair all over them and the door lock took us entering the code multiple times before it would unlock. That was an inconvenience. Overall the condo was clean and loved the balcony.

Wonderful stay!

We came down for the Gulf coast Ironman and this was an ideal location to stay!! Very clean, well stocked kitchen and excellent location for the race viewing/stay. 100% recommend this place!

The home was pretty and a very good location. The master bath smelled like urine. The second bath was not draining well. The base boards were very dirty as the floor in kitchen and dining area . We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beach and pool

Nice condo

We enjoyed this condo overall. The beds were comfortable , the washer and dryer were top of the line , and the resort overall was clean and we felt safe. The condo could have been alittle cleaner. Our feet were black after walking on the floors for a short period. There was visible black mold on the ceiling vent in the master bathroom. The living room furniture needs replaced. Bathtub in adjoining bedrooms doesn’t drain well. The door to the condo has a handle/ keypad that needs replaced. Someone has caulked around the edges and it’s very questionable. This needs replaced. Overall we were satisfied.

Would give a 5 star but

We enjoyed the beautiful views of the sunset from our balcony. Over all we had a great stay just a couple things that need work. The keypad to get in one of the numbers kept getting stuck so we had to put the code in multiple times before it would work which was kinda annoying. The hall bathroom was shared between 4 adults and an infant. The bathtub would not drain properly, as you were taking a shower you were standing in ankle deep water. So sharing that with multiple people was difficult when trying to get ready and take showers back to back with the water taking forever to drain. & last thing for dinner one night we were going to open a can of veggies but was not able to due to the can opener being broke. Otherwise we had great weather, beautiful views, beds were super comfy, & enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Easy beach access. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful vacation and the location of the condo was great. We did have some issues with the door. Had several people come and try to fix. Bottom line was door needs replaced and there was some wait due to HOA. We felt secure when inside anyway. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes. If you are staying an extended length of time maybe bring a small crockpot with you. You get starting supplies for dishwasher and laundry. They had a cute bunk bed area that our granddaughters loved. Beds were very comfortable. Outdoor furniture high quality. Living room furniture and rugs were not great. They had some beach chairs and toys for kids which was nice. Take your beach towels. Beautiful pool and hot tub right below our condo. Many people used facilities despite cooler weather. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation.

Great condo and location

We loved our stay. The condo was spacious and perfect for our group. Right on the beach, close to a lot of places to eat, drink, shop etc. My only negative is to have more supplies- we didnt have enough dish washer detergent, soaps, and garbage bags for all 5 days we were there so we had to go out and buy some. But overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

My fiancé and I had a great time at the property. The condo was well appointed with a terrific view of the beach and ocean. The property is well maintained and convenient along Front Beach. We would definitely stay here again!
