This was a wonderful property and a great host. Balconies have gorgeous views and condo is so convenient to get to beach. Also having chair setups is big plus!

Beautiful condo! Fabulous ocean front property! Steps away from the beach. Great for a family! We have small children. Plenty of room. Wonderful location to nearby restaurants. The property owner- Brad- was great to communicate with prior to the trip and during the stay. Highly recommend booking this location!

Peaceful Week

The property was exactly what we needed. Directly on the beach with two great balconies. Brad was very accommodating and we made use of the bikes he has available. The area is perfect, only a short ride or walk to Alys Beach and Rosemary. There was a very large family on the property at the same time and there was plenty of activity around. Other than the few days that it rained, it was excellent.

Amazing condo in Seacrest!

Our family went to Seacrest on a family vacation/celebration (Our son’s graduation from MS and family vacation). Brad made our stay amazing. The condo was very roomy for our group of 7. The beach chairs and umbrella provided were very nice. The beach was not crowded, so we could put a tent up for the baby. The condo had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend Brads condo. He was very communicative and helpful! The loft was perfect for our 2 college graduates. The rocking chair in the guest bedroom was a plus for rocking the baby. Perfect stay!! Beautiful water! Wonderful condo!

Perfect location, thoughtful and communicative host, and comfortable amenities

We had a great week long stay with our family including young kids. Location can't be beat and Brad adds the icing on the cake with included beach chairs/umbrellas. We enjoyed a bonfire with s'mores on the beach through the local company providing the chairs.

Awesome stay at Blue Tide

Went on a vacation with our closest friends. The Blue Tide did not disappoint. The Owner Brad was extremely nice and very helpful regarding all of our needs. We loved the condo and the view from both balconies was amazing. Frankie from Other Mammas Beach Service and Batten also took care of all our beach needs. Thanks to them, under a full moon, we enjoyed a fire on the beach complete with s’mores. Already booked for next year. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

50th birthday celebration

This was an amazing place! You walk in to amazing views. Just when you think they can’t get better you go up to the main bedroom!! The location is amazing , steps to the beach! Bike or walk to great places. The beach is awesome!! Especially with it being a private beach! The townhome is such a great size! You will enjoy from moment you walk in. Can’t wait to come back!!

Amazing Condo and Beautiful Gulf Views

We had the most amazing stay at Brad’s condo! The place is WAY bigger than it appears in the photos and has two king beds, two twin beds, and a pull out sofa. The views of the gulf are unbeatable and we loved watching the sunrise/sunset from the balcony every day! Having the private beach was a huge plus especially if you want to avoid crowds. Will definitely be staying again!!

Beautiful area, great accommodations, priceless beach access. 12/10 would recommend!

If you are looking for spacious accommodations, beautiful views, a beautiful private beach and the ability to save some money by preparing some of your meals in house then look no further, 7B is exactly what you need. Our stay was perfect! We are a group of 6 friends celebrating a milestone birthday. We had been lucky enough to stay for a full 7 days and take advantage of the private beach and utilize the kitchen quite a bit. You will need to grab a few items from the grocery store, which is no big deal as there is a Publix just a few min drive away and they also deliver. The property is in a very convenient spot, between Rosemary Beach and Seacrest Beach, both have lots of shops and eateries and a few options in between. Every morning we were able to get our daily steps in on the beach and enjoy the powder soft sand and clear turquoise water. I cannot stress how perfect and quiet the private beach is for the Blue Tide guests, it is magical, and we felt like royalty. One morning we were able to see a school of dolphins passing by, as if they were showing us their moves jumping out of the water. The views from the balconies are breathtaking. The king beds are super comfortable and the temperature control in the unit made for a great night’s sleep. We enjoyed every minute, coffee on the balcony, reading on the beach, comfortable down time playing cards, and watching movies, it was exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. Brad was friendly and thorough in his communications and recommendations. He was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, you can tell he takes pride in the condo and the surrounding area. We all agree, we would 100% return to this area, this beach, this condo again if given the chance. Only thing we would change is 1. planning our meals in advance, this way we could be more efficient with our grocery store runs since the kitchen was so well stocked and we ended up cooking and staying in more than dining out. 2. We would have rented bikes for the week; they are inexpensive and would have allowed us to venture out to explore as the area is very bike and pedestrian friendly. 3. we would have packed less, the unit’s washer and dryer are very large and efficient. Brad, you are the best, thank you for everything!

We will be back!

We had the very best time in October on our yearly trip. We have been coming down to this area for years and always like to stay around between The Hub and Alys Beach. We had the very best experience with the condo, the location and communication with the owner. The beach chairs are an added bonus! We have already booked for next year and can't wait for another week in our favorite spot!

Beautiful Beachfront Stay!

My family and I stayed a week at Brad's beautiful condo. It was our first major trip with our young daughter. We really enjoyed the ease of access to the beach and the views from the two decks. The location was very family friendly and we never felt crowded on the beach. The two chairs, umbrella, and drink tray provided with the property were an added bonus. The condo was very close to everything we needed (shopping, food, etc). Brad was extremely generous and helpful throughout our stay. We hope to visit this property again in the future!

Best place on the beach!

Brad was great! He communicated well before the trip and checked on us pretty quickly after arrival. The townhouse was everything we wanted and needed. The balcony was my favorite spot. I could’ve sat there all day and listened to the waves. The beach chairs were just steps away from the stairs down to the beach. The bedrooms had great beds and plenty of space. Our family enjoyed this little piece of heaven and plan to return soon!

Brad was great

Brad was a great host! He was very communicative and prompt in responding to our questions. You could tell he cared about our experience. The location was amazing and close to everything. We loved being able to walk out the back balcony to the beach. We were happy to have beach chair setup included. There was a ton of space. We have an infant and they were able to nap and not hear anything that was happening downstairs. We appreciated the blackout curtains for his nap. We loved the upstairs balcony from the master bedroom. Both balconies had a great view. We were happy to have a pool if we couldn’t go in the ocean due to red flags. A new washer and dryer were just installed and were quiet and washed our delicates great. Thank you for a great trip!

Simply the best

Cue Tina Turner...”Simply the best! Better than all the rest!” Brad’s property is simply outstanding, 10 stars across the board. Brad makes sure everything is seamless and doesn’t skip a beat. His communication is top notch, anytime we had a question he was there. The washer was awaiting a part and he paid for our laundry door to door service. We felt like VIPs! Talk about awesome, Brads the best...better than all the rest!! Can’t wait to be back!
