Todo excelente

Todo estuvo bien solo algunas pequeñas cosas ya que abia basura debajo de algunos muebles la tv del cuarto principal no funcionaba al igual que la aspiradora y lo único terrible era la actitud de la persona que estaba en en lobby fatal la actitud ala hora de hacer el registro espere más de 20 minutos ya que no había nadie y cuando por fin apareció tuvo una actitud tal horrible eso es lo más mal que nos pasó de ai en fuera todo genial

Nice all around, had issues with the internet. Could connect to the wifi, but the router kept dropping connection. The multiple pools were nice and kept things less crowded.

Wonderful beautiful Condo

Wonderful beautiful condo. The 6th floor is perfect for the view. Located near elevator is a plus also. Kenny responded quickly when I reached out. Definitely recommend this unit!!

Terrible sewer smell in room

Walked into a sewer! Contact person said wasn’t much he could do other than get property folks out there. So I just went and got my own air freshener to make it bare able. The bedroom has a tv from 2015 with Roku that does not work and no batteries in the 5 remotes in bedroom. So I had to watch my phone every night. No pans to cook breakfast in. So I went to Walmart and purchased my own. The room was just a place to sleep really. The pool area and beach was nice. The best thing about this place was bikini bobs!!!!! I will not be staying at the summit again. The wharf blows this place out the water!!!!!

Girls weekend getaway

Perfect place for a girls weekend getaway. Beautiful views, right on water, clean and a very safe property with friendly staff. Kitchen supplies a little scarce but we made do to cook several meals in condo.

Summitt 627

The condo was nice, our complaint was the bathroom ceiling needs cleaned and painted, Mold on the ceiling. Rest of condo was clean. Will rent again. We love the location.

Great little getaway!

Had an amazing couple of days at PCB. Condo was clean and roomy. Would definitely recommend this place and this unit. Pools were great as was access to the beach. Friendly staff.

Cleanliness Rating

A 3 for cleanliness but in all fairness I did not contact my cleaner to fix any issues. Yes we were at the beach, but... There was sand everywhere. Piles of it on the balcony. The dryer had wet towels and rugs in it when we arrived. I rewashed those. The floors were sticky. Sheets had some wear and stains. The sofa bed had a large brown stain on the mattress cover. I washed that myself. I am sure the cleaner was on a time crunch because The Summit was packed so I DID NOT contact them otherwise I'm sure it would have been handled accordingly. The staff are lovely. Very friendly. Pricing on our stay was appropriate.

It was an awesome experience. Property was excellent. There was a leak under the sink. Not sure if it was from left sink or from the garbage disposal. We wiped up the water n took everything out from under the sink for it to dry.

Great condo!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was just like the pictures and everything was functioning in the room. The only problem we noticed was that some of the areas in the condo could benefit from a deep clean. I understand with high turnover and people checking in/out everyday it’s not easy to do a deep clean every time, but there were a few areas we thought needed attention. I chose to rewash the towels before using them due to them having a smell. We loved that the building has security at the entrance from the road and at the entrance from the beach. The pools were great. Both pools were clean and there are plenty of chairs around the pool as well. We did come before busy season started so I can’t fully vouch for crowds but it was perfect while we were there! We would definitely stay here again and were sad to leave when checkout day came! Kenny was a great host and quick to respond to my emails and calls!

Frequent visitors to the Summit

My husband and I always enjoy the property, a tiki bar, 2 pools and easy beach access! Our unit did not disappoint. We felt very comfortable and at home.

Nice place

The place was nice and in a great location, the pools and hot tubs were great and bikini bobs that on the property was a good place to get ice,food and drinks and the Tiki bar that is also onsite was nice as well!

Depends on what you’re expecting

We booked this as a family vacation for 4 of us after dropping my middle child off for space camp. The beds were comfortable, my teen and 8 year old loved the bunk beds. The AC unit inside the condo made a loud clanking noise the entire time (during the day it was not bothersome, at night it was very bothersome). It would have been nice to have been able to turn the AC down to 68 but we didn’t due to instructions from owner but that temperature was too warm for me to sleep comfortably. The towels and wash clothes were thread barren and had lots of bleach stains. The toilet/bathroom had a horrible smell that I could not identify but it was not pleasant. When we checked in (late at night) we immediately noticed hairballs in the shower, nail clippings on the deck, and food on wet dishes in the cabinet. I contacted the property manager first thing in the morning and the cleaner was there within 30 minutes to rectify the issues. Access to the beach, two pools and hot tubs was easy after you navigate very old and not very quick elevators. The on-site staff was rude and extremely inconsistent in their enforcement of clearly posted rules. The Summit seemed to be great for families desiring drinking lots on the cheap and letting kids play at the pool/on the beach. I was expecting people to be friendlier and less reckless/careless with the property and the rules. The bottom line - make sure you align your expectations with what you’re getting.
