We had a great time staying here! The condo was beautifully decorated and had a stunning view. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. The extra-long balcony was definitely a plus. Beach access was convenient, the elevator was right in front of the room. Just ride it down (there can be a short wait sometimes, but the elevator itself is fast), and when you get off, you’re only a short hallway away from the beach. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

Beautiful condo. The manager was great to communicate with. Plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained on property. Resort was clean and staff was excellent. Would go back in a heartbeat!

The view was great. The host was great. The long wait for an elevator was horrible. TV broken, Dryer broken, knobs falling off place just needs a little TLC. We checked out after one day.

The entire unit is not being cleaned very well.The unit is very outdated. Bathtub faucet in master bath leaks all the time.Ceiling fan in master bathroom doesn’t work effectively.Sink faucet in bathroom is broken.Dryer makes a loud grinding noise and smells like something is burning when in use.The Bed in master bedroom is very uncomfortable.Bedding old and dingyPillows dirty.Products that says included in unit was already opened and used.Chair on balcony is broken.Door locks on both sliding glass doors won’t lock.The elevators are extremely slow, worse the any place I’ve ever stayed.

Good room but the building was rough

The elevators were horrible, they were down so they had to have an employee sit in them and manually run them the entire week which made gowing up and coming down extremely slow, lines of people down the hallways waiting to catch an elevator. The automatic door going to the lobby kept breaking so you couldn’t get in occasionally, and the secondary bathrooms sink stopper was stuck down since the moment we got there, overall the room we had was nice it was just getting around the building that was the treacherous part.

Wonderful Winter Vacation

This is our 3rd year staying at the Tidewater Beach Resort, but first in this particular condo. The staff of Tidewater were as friendly as they always are, the views are spectacular from the condo. We will definitely keep our Christmas tradition of coming to the Tidewater.

Great View!

Vicki and her Condo was perfect! The view was amazing! We had not been on a family trip in quite a few years and this one hit the bullseye. Everyone had room and loved the convience of the room to the beach and Pier Park.

Great!

Great location! Very nice room! It was decorated nice and equipped with everything we needed for the week. Elevators were only an issue on check in check out days with longer wait times! Would stay again!

Beach Getaway

Condo was great for our short vacation. Unit was nice and beds were comfortable. Property manager was prompt on any communication. We didnt have any issues with the unit, it was very nice for our family of 4. Thank you for the letting us stay there.

Great getaway!

This is a beautiful condo that worked out great for our family. Our only complaint was the elevators of which we waited for upwards of 15-20 minutes at certain times of the day and week. We seen this with other reviews but didn’t think it would be a big deal and it didn’t ruin our vacation but was the only complaint. Also for a family of four you will need to bring more toilet paper. What is supplied did not work for us. Otherwise great views and nice clean condo!

Pleased with rental; only issue was with elevators

The location, accommodations, rental, property manager and building staff were all excellent and very friendly. The building, however continues to have significant issues with the elevators - there are very few and not all were operational. During check-in and check-out, expect to wait 45 minutes or so. Otherwise, everything else was as advertised.

Everything was nice, the only problem we had wasn’t with anything the owner of our unit could have control over. There doesn’t seem to be enough elevators for the property during peak season & peak times, other than that all was great.

Great, Loved It!!!

This was a great property and reasonably priced. Facility was complete with washer and dryer and full kitchen along with all the necessary cooking pot and pans. Owner was very responsive to my question. Only suggestion is that the condo could use some USB ports to plug in electric devises without having to used a wall cube. We definitely plan to stay here again.
