My husband and Ioved the condo! The view is amazing! We watched dolphins playing in the Gulf from the balcony almost everyday! The condo was just as described and had all the amenities to make us feel right at home. This was our first time staying at the Palazzo but it won’t be our last, we loved the location. Dave was a wonderful host, very responsive and made us feel very welcome. If you are planning a trip to PCB this condo is an amazing choice! The free beach service is also a plus! We can’t wait to come back and visit again soon!

Beautifully decorated condo with quality furniture and linens. Gorgeous views from the balcony. Great communication with the owners. Palazzo is our favorite! The new McGuires across the street is a fabulous place to eat. Definitely staying in David's unit again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. This was honestly was one of the best condos we have stayed in over the past 15 years while visiting PCB. We never had to wait for an elevator, everyone that worked on property was nice and kind, AND parking was so convenient being under the building! Thanks for all the extras such as fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms has plenty of towels, great amount of pillows for all beds! We hope to be able to book with you next year!

Amazing condo for an amazing vacation!

The condo was ready when we arrived just before 4 o'clock check in and the codes for everything were provided before arrival, so check in was a breeze! Elevators are fast and there are three of them so not much of a wait at anytime. The condo was very clean, no issues there at all, good job to housekeeping! The master bath had a slightly clogged drain that needed cleaned out and it was immediately addressed as soon as I sent a message about it.The building manager that came to clean the clog out was very friendly, quick, and efficient. Everything about out first time in PCB was amazing and this condo played a big part of that with the large balcony (with an amazing view), hot tub, pool area, and direct access to the beach. We saw turtles, fish, and dolphins all from the balcony. Also, the scavenger hunt to McGuire's was fun to do and we had some great drinks and food there, if you order anything just know that the portions are huge! Communication with the condo owners were a huge help the entire trip as well. We even forgot a shirt at the condo and the owner graciously offered to mail it back to us for which we are grateful! Definitely recommend this condo and would love to return one day in the near future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful condo

This is an amazing condo! Very clean, well stocked with a nice attention to detail. Big screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, and made sure we knew all details necessary for a great stay. Beach chairs were included with rental which was very nice. We would definitely stay here again on future vacations!

Gorgeous!!

We had the best week in this condo. It was ready when we got there, clean, organized, and the perfect location. Our girls loved the sand buckets waiting for them on their bunk beds. Our time is spent at the beach and pool. I get one night out to eat. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook with. Dave and Nivana communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. They made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend staying at this condo. I give the condo and owners a 10/10. We will definitely be back to stay.

Beautiful condo

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much The views were stunning, the condo was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped and a joy to cook and prepare meals in. It was professionally clean. We have vacationed in Florida for over 50 years. Usually low rises. We were a bit reluctant at first yet this beautiful unit and the building far surpassed our expectations. Speedy elevators and owners references and info for restaurants and events were spot on Thanks to the owners who made it all possible. See you again very soon.

Magnificent View!

The property is beautifully kept! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and were so comfortable there! The view from the 18th floor was amazing! The mattress on the king bed was just so nice! Check in process was easy. Getting around the property and PCB was also easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent 4th of July vacation

The property listing is spot on! The views from the 17th floor balcony are priceless! Towards the end of our trip we got to see a manatee from the balcony, which was a first for us. The location has ample parking, fast elevators and clean amenities throughout the entire complex. The location is on the west end of PCB where it is much more calm and relaxing. The unit had everything we needed for the week. The owner of the unit communicated with us before, during and after the stay, make renting, check in/out a breeze. Will definitely consider this condo again in the future!

Spectacular view from 17th floor!

It was amazing!! Very clean, perfectly decorated!! Enjoyed seeing a family of 5 dolphins swimming and playing together from the balcony one morning!! Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!! We look forward to coming back!

Anniversary trip

The condo was everything we could of hoped for. The view was spectacular!! The weather not so much but can't do anything about that. The kitchen had everything you could hope for in food prep. Lots of great places to eat.

Highly recommend!

My husband and I booked this Panama City Beach destination to celebrate both a birthday and retirement. We chose the Palazzo because of its location right on the beach, near wonderful food, shopping and entertainment, amazing views, and on line pictures of this beautiful condo. It lived up to all our expectations...and more! Owner was gracious, welcoming and responsive to our needs! Looking forward to a return trip! Thank you David.

Great place, view, and location

This condo is just as described only better. The view from the 17th floor is amazing. You see pelicans fly by "below" you. Morning and evening views are beautiful but you can also view the ocean and beach from the pool area or the beach. The location has a great place to rinse off before you head back up and even includes chairs to use. The elevators are fast, so don't be afraid of booking the top floor. And when you park in the garage, head up to the third or fourth level where there are more spots (and luggage carts) on busy check-in days. Dave was very responsive to questions and minor issues we had throughout the week. He even sent information ahead of time with tips for navigating all the amenities at Palazzo. Restaurants are close by but if you plan to cook meals at the condo, they have dishes and cooking stuff handy -- and a grocery store across the street. We highly recommend this condo and location if you are visiting PCB.

Protect Yourself - Take Before and After Videos

We appreciated the cleanliness, location and ease of check in. Upon arrival we did a walk through as requested to ensure there were no issues to report, and there were none. When it was time to check out , we placed used towels and linen in a central location and did a general light clean (not because it was required, but because that’s just who we are). We followed all checkout instructions, but then later received a picture that we had damaged the electric stove top . It was a huge array of scratches, that had we done we would have noticed and reported it ourselves. We also have an electric stove top oven ourselves, so we are familiar with their delicate nature when it comes to cleaning. We did not do a video upon arrival and departure. Honestly we didn’t think to do this because we have never had this happen in any of the numerous condos we’ve stayed in. So Not sure if it was a new cleaning crew or a scam, but just beware and protect yourself!!!

Checks all the boxes!

Great view! Stayed at the Palazzo multiple times but this was our first time in the penthouse suite. Condo was clean, well stocked and provided us with everything needed for our weeks stay. Dave, our host, reached out before and after trip to make sure everything was up to par. Can’t wait to come back!

Better than expected!

Everything here blew us away, it was immaculate, decorated perfectly, spacious, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, dishes, pans, appliances you could need. The beds were comfortable and extra pillows and blankets were provided. The tv's all had Netflix access and cable. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. AND THE VIEW!!!!! It took our breath away. Communication with the owners were on point as well, they always responded immediately. This will be our new family vacation spot. Don't hesitate to book this now!

Graduation trip

We had 2 units. One was 3/3 and was large enough that we spent most of our time there together The other unit was 1/2, bunk beds and a pull out couch. This was a family trip to celebrate 2 high school graduates Both units were great and we had a wonderful time. Cvs and Winn Dixie within walking distance. Also restaurants and fun activities close. We spent most of our time at the beach or in the pool I would definitely recommend it..
