The condo is very nicely located. It’s a few steps away from the pool and beach access. It’s overall clean with everything you need. Our only recommendation would be that the king bed should be replaced. The mattress is sloping downwards causing you to lay in a dip on both sides. Other than that, our stay was enjoyable.

This condo is PERFECT for a person/people who want to stay on the beach. Having this condo on the 1st floor and right by the pool and beach access was SO nice. We had amazing views from the condo of the beach. It was a smaller condo but it was so cozy and warm. There were a lot of fresh/clean towels and the sheets were new. There were a little quirks like the master bedroom door doesn’t open all the way (to fit the king size bed) and the floors looked well broken in (to be expected because of beach front access). But those minor nuances are far outweighed by the location and attributes of the condo. The parking area was gated and monitored by staff (which made us feel like our car was safer than the other neighboring condos). The parking was very close to our condo and because it was monitored we always had a good spot. I feel like the other condos next to use had horrible parking because they were SO big. The TVs were very nice and large. I did miss having a bath tub but that’s mainly because I have small children. It was a great place to stay and the staff was really friendly and nice. I will be booking again!

I enjoyed my stay at 108E sunbird the only thing I was a fan of was the dishes in the condo were very worn and didn’t wanna use them they looked dirty and there were no measuring cups and I wish there were washer dryer in the room instead of having to go outside your room to do laundry and having to pay when I already paid over 1000 for the room and disappointed in having to pay for armbands and a parking pass I was not aware of that

Love the sunbird and the modern updates of this condo. My only suggestions would be that most of the outlets didn’t seem to work, and would have loved to have outdoor patio chairs. Other than that I loved the property and our stay

Perfect beachside couples getaway

Property was very clean and stocked enough for a week’s stay. We lived the theme and decor to get into that beachside feel on vacation. A little extra work to get the parking pass set up which was $42 cash, unfortunately the ATM on property didn’t work. So bring cash if you decide to bring your car. Otherwise we enjoyed being at the first floor literally beach access from the balcony doors after stepping off the property pool deck. Would highly recommend!

This place was perfect for us. We loved being on the ground floor and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing view! The pictures provided on the website of the view did not do it justice. I sat on the couch and took beautiful pictires of the gulf. The only thing we were disappointed in was that only 1 of the pools were heated and it was still way too cold to get into. We will definitely rent this property again and have already recommended it to family and friend.

AMAZING

This has by far been one of our favorite places we have stayed! The condo was clean and beautiful and literally steps away from the sand! Sunbird is a beautiful place. We can’t wait to come back again!

Great location and super clean

Loved this end of the beach! The condo was very clean and being on first floor was a plus. No complaints just wish there had been a closet or somewhere to hang our clothes. Will definitely stay again!

Property was under renovation

We were suppose to stay here for our visit on the way down we were told we could stay at the condo. We were then moved to a condo across the street from the beach on the other side of the city and it was a dump and it was on the 11th floor not ground level like we had booked. Then we were moved beside the sun bird at a nice condo facility but the condo was also a dump the air never got below 78 and we called 3 times to which I never saw anyone but got a call to tell me what to do. Overall this vacation was eventful and we made the best of it!

The condo was great clean and had everything we needed and more Bed slept good. Parking was on same level as condo which was a plus. We enjoyed our stay.easy check in and out.
