Beautiful view. Just as listed. Condo has everything you need but if staying more than a couple days you will def need a trip to store. Walmart very close by. Would stay again

The unit was clean and had a great view of the Gulf of America. The owners should supply more towels in the kitchen and the bathroom. The balcony furniture is awful and needs replacing. The plates in the kitchen cabinets were dirty with the plates sticking together. The appliances are all very dated and should be updated. The hair dryer in the bathroom was not working and needs replacing. Our stay was ok but we would not stay in this unit again.

beautiful and comfortable

first of all, let me say everything was as advertised. The apartment was neat clean. The view was phenomenal. The decor was tasteful and comfortable. My wife raved about the bed said it was the best sleep. She’s had a couple of years. The kitchen was adequately supplied in the location, right off the elevators surprisingly no elevator noise Definitely would stay there again. I give it a five star.

Superb get away

Family Beach Vacay

This property was perfect! We had family staying in another unit, so it was great for gathering at the beach, pool, and tiki bar. We loved our stay! We would definitely come back!

Great experience

Everything about this location and listing was accurate. Anything you could possibly need was within a mile from The Boardwalk. It was clean, it had any appliance you could need, the bed was comfortable, my questions were always answered within the hour, there is a chair rental booth on site, the food on site was AWESOME, etc. The only negative thing I can say is that the property is EXTREMELY strict about pool rules. No balls in the pool, no drinks (you can't sit on the side of the pool with a drink) near the pool, kids under 5 have to take a time out the last 10 min of each hr, no jumping, no running etc..... I saw security get onto people or myself for all of these examples.

Saved my vacation!

When VRBO messed up and lost my reservation they told me to contact Realjoy directly. So I did. They saved my vacation. We were already half way there. They rented me the condo I was trying to rent on VRBO. It was perfect. Clean, very tastefully decorated. Perfect location. Real joy kept in constant contact with me to make sure we had everything we needed and got all our questions answered. All of RealJoy representatives were friendly and handled everything right away. I definitely recommend Realjoy vacations and will use them from now on to book my vacations!

Property Management and Condo Management were awful

Dirty dishes with food left on them, dirty tables that had not been cleaned. dead flowers left on the side table. Property security will harass you to no end especially at the pool. Half the parking isn't available due to construction. We got woke up to move our car from a regular parking garage space for a resident who lives there who didn't want to park outside in the storm. Threatened to have our car towed if we didn't give up our parking spot. Called condo realtor who said she was very upset and would handle the4 issue. Crickets never heard from her again. I would not recommend this property or condo managed by RealJoy. Property name was Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominiums.

Resort atmosphere

This condo is very pretty and comfortable. It does need a little updating and some minor repairs. Also, a few extra blankets and a throw blanket would be nice. User friendly tv remotes and an improved remote for the bedroom would be greatly appreciated. We did have to call maintenance because the toilet handle and flapper broke. They responded very quickly. Fridge only gives crushed ice. The bedroom could use some artwork.

We'll definitely book again!

We had a wonderful time at the Boardwalk Beach Resort! We definitely want to stay there again in the future. Any staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The condo was exactly as advertised and met our needs well. It was clean and well-stocked with appliances, etc. Our only complaint is the mattress on the king-sized bed. It is EXTREMELY SOFT. So soft that it hurt our backs. After the first night, my husband and I slept on the bunkbeds. If you require a firm mattress, you might want to choose a different condo.

Great place

The property was clean. There were a few pre existing damages to coffee table, couch and some other minor things to be aware of. The mattress on the bed was a little soft for my wife and myself. I enjoyed the location being off of the main strip. I only gave the location 4 stars because you will have to fight a lot of traffic to get to some of the other locations of interest. The staff was great and helpful. The hot rubs stay full at the pool, so I was a little disappointed that one of them was broken the entirety of our visit. Even with the few hiccups we had, I would definitely recommend this location.

Weekend getaway

We have stayed at Boardwalk Beach Resort many times in the past. As always the accommodations were great! We also enjoy the Tiki bar by the pool…they have the BEST food and service. Really no reason to leave the resort if you don’t want to

Family vacation

I have stayed in Panama once before, and honestly didn’t have a good experience. My wife picked this place out and it was so much better. Very secure facility with multiple security personnel on site the entire time. All guests were very laid back and it was not “party central” as I had experienced before. Very much recommend this location to others.

Spring Break 2023

The beds were dirty (hairs and stains) when we got there. We brought our own bedding so it wasn’t a huge deal, we just removed them and used ours. There was also candy and some trash left under the couches but again not a huge deal. The place was great and we had a blast.

Decent condo but in need of updates

Can't beat the view but this condo could use an update. The living room couch was completely broken and caved in on the right-hand side. The unit could use a coat of paint as there were multiple holes and scratches on the walls especially by the entry way. Another set of kitchen silverware would be nice since we were constantly washing forks for just 3 people. Also, lighting over the dining room table would be ideal. Otherwise, in a good area and beach location with solid amenities. Security does a good job maintaining the area and pool as well. The bar and grill on the property is super convenient as well!

The bed is so comfortable! There is security so we felt safe. It was quiet and relatively private. Great for our family of 4! The downfall is there is no alcohol on the beach or in the pool area in March, which we didn't know. We still had a great time. And if you forget anything, Walmart delivers!

Best views on the beach

Perfect condo for our family of 3. Super clean and the starter pack of essentials is great. The view of the beach and sunset are unbeatable. We will be staying here again for sure. Extremely responsive and check in with you during your stay. Security it awesome as well.
