Great stay

Wonderful condo. Beds were very comfortable. Location is great. Only downfall was the elevators were very slow. And we were not able to use the pool the whole stay. He was down for maintenance

The master bedroom needs an updated bed frame as it doesn't even fit the mattress. The unit needs ceiling fans. Overall we had a great time.

The unit was dirty, definitely needs a deep cleaning. The pictures of this unit are not current. The master bed is a metal frame on stilts, so if you are short, beware. The bath exhaust fan did not work, nor the master bed patio door. The furniture on the balcony is falling apart and hazardous. The balcony storage box was full of broken stuff, so we were unable to store our own. The bar stools were stained so bad, they required professional cleaning. The room size rug in the family room was a filthy falling apart tripping hazard, which was replaced during our stay. There were other issues also, some of which were addressed during our stay but certainly not timely. Worst of all, all our communications/complaints had to be handled thru emails. I left my phone number with every correspondence and they refused to ever call me. The beach and the view was beautiful, but I would never recommend or stay again.

Condo is beautiful. I didn’t much care for the pests inside but. The alarms kept going off . It was just a lot of money on a room that we couldn’t fully enjoy ..This condo has a beautiful view of the pier .

Great vacation!

The property was located close to a lot of restaurants and the water park was within walking distance. We enjoyed our visit. The master bedroom bed was a little too high to get in especially for a 5’5” person. It was very comfortable!

Beautiful View

Thank goodness my son is young and could bring our luggage up the stairs. Slow elevator is an understatement. Dumbfounded there is one elevator for 18 floors. Only was able to catch one 2-3x the week we stayed. View was beautiful. I am only 5’4 so the master bed was very hard to get into, linens were nice and clean. Bathrooms were clean. Owner very responsive with a few questions I had. Agree with other reviews that the floors were extremely dirty. Didn’t see the point of mentioning that during our stay. Maintenance was sanding all of the doors most week so it was extremely loud. Not sure what months the pool is heated but it was too cold to use. There is no cabana bar that I saw. Water park does not open until the end of April. Trash needs vast improvement as the shoot was completely backed up the morning we left and the trash cans by the garage overflowing. Washer could use upgrading as the gasket was full of mold. I probably should have done more research on PCB and what we were looking for as I would have stayed closer to the Pier Park area that had more shopping and restaurants. Check in was easy and parking was easy also. The ice maker was a plus.

Great view and clean rooms

Everything the listing stated! Great view and wonderful weather, even though hurricane Ian was hitting lower FL. Great stay and will plan to be back! Only thing I ask if you have children please please reach them about balconies and how dangerous they can be and keep an eye on them and do not leave them unattended. An 11 year old lost his life falling from the 19th floor during our stay! Many prayers for the family and everyone that witnessed this tragic incident!

Cozy, clean, has everything you need. Could benefit from beach chairs and umbrella. Too expensive to rent - bench is $ 40 per day if you rent on the beach.

Condo was not what we seen on line or accepted!

While arriving to Sterling Reef,As soon as we pulled up we noticed the doors needed scraped and painted bad. The elevators were horrible..slow coming in on that Saturday. Finally got up to our condo and as soon as we opened the door,the floor were disgusting,neededed dusting,Bathrooms and were not cleaned well at all..hairs and urine on the top and bottom. Dirty shower liner and mold on the shower head(thick) Around the coffee pot has not been cleaned at all..groundes everywhere. EVERYTHING NEEDED CLEANING!!! No broom located in the condo and the vacuum didn’t work at all. I did reach out and they brought someone in to do a quick sweep and mop. They left cleaner for me to clean the bathrooms. Alarm clock didn’t even work( which is okay) No oven mitts at all Needs new patio furniture Fold out bed is so hard to pull out

Issues

There were several issues. The elevators didn’t work a good portion of the time (there are only 2 elevators for 18 floors and a penthouse), the pool pump was broken for 2 days, the master bathroom tub was nasty and looked like there was black mold on the shower head, and the second bathroom toilet seat was cracked.

Family Vacation

We arrived at 4:45 cleaning lady was sitting on the bench inside and said she was just finishing cleaning. There was dirt and bottle caps under the hutch. Dish washer was still full of dirty dishes. Mattresses could use an updating due to warn out dips in the middle. Other then that very friendly and quick response by staff. Would stay there again.

We have stayed in PCB several times, Love the Sterling Reef! This condo was decorated beautifully, everything was clean, fully stocked, master bedroom mattress was the most comfortable we have slept on….even better than home!

Enjoyable Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo we stayed in. It was just as described in the summaries. The decor was beautiful and the room was spacious. The only complaints that we had was that we had a rough check-in. Our packets were not in our room upon arrival and we had to take several trips down to the condo office and to the security office trying to get parking passes and bands. The elevators were a little slow, but were expected due to visiting during Spring Break. Overall, after the initial hiccup, it was an enjoyable stay and would consider coming back in the future.

Beautiful place

The place was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect spot to stay. The beach was right there and places to go were quick and easy to get to. The only downfall is the cleaning service. One of the shower heads looked like it had black mold on it, their was dust and debris behind and under the furniture, the coffee pot still had old coffee grounds in it and coffee pot not cleaned, sand all over the balcony also. The sand toys and other things stored out on the patio are dirty and broke. We really wished there was cleaning items there- we would have loved a broom and mop- just to freshen it up during our stay. Overall it was a great place and beautiful- definitely would rent again! The front desk attendant was super nice and friendly!

Christmas stay

Close to everything! Great view! Beautiful on the inside. Calm, family environment, building has a pretty cool small gym with a view of the beach. Might want to bring foldable beach chairs, beach umbrella or beach towel, has some beach toys and floats at balcony the kids can use at the beach or pool.. the towels were stored in bathroom under the sink, which was kinda odd, since toilet brush was also down there, guest room fitted sheets looked like they might have not been washed last stay, but we usually wash those the first day we stay anyway. We did enjoyour stay here tho!

Good stay

Location and view were great. The house was dusty (and a lot of webs); not enough towels (some were stored under the sink next to the toilet brush so we couldn’t use them). There should be more soap and towels. The heater didn’t work; no comforters, so it was cold at night (visited for Thanksgiving break). There was a heavy smell in the washing machine area next to the small bedroom. The balcony view and access to the beach made it worth it though.
