We love this condo. It has 2 master suites, which is perfect when traveling with another couple. The condo had all the amenities we needed, and it was very clean.We enjoyed this location on the beach and loved the large balcony with quality comfortable. seating. The sunsets are outstanding!

Our stay was incredible! The unit was clean and well appointed. Also, the large balcony and view would be hard to beat anywhere. We were just steps from the beach and we watched the sunsets from the balcony every evening. Our host (Brian) was great. As soon as we booked he contacted us with checkin information and procedures and he answered any questions we had during our stay within minutes. If you are looking for a great unit in the Panama City Beach area with a responsive and courteous host, this is the place. We highly recommend this property.

This condo is in an ideal location and right on the beach! The views are gorgeous and the beach/pool access is great. I highly recommend this condo. If you’re in PCB just for vacation or for baseball/softball tournaments, you can’t beat this location. Brian was a wonderful host and great to work with too!

Family Vacation

My husband, 2 little kids and myself had the best stay here this past week. Perfect location for family vacations as it wasn’t in the middle of all the commotion in PCB - the condo was very clean and those beds were beyond comfortable. My 5 year old kept saying she was sleeping in clouds lol. Brian, the owner was extremely nice and communicative. Overall, great stay and we will be back!

Absolutely amazing!

My sister and I love getting a condo somewhere on the beach couple of times a year. So far this has been the best experience. This place is stunning, so clean and has everything you could possibly need. We felt like we were home. Brian is the most responsive person I ever dealt with. You can tell he truly cares about his guests. And the guest book they have is such a beautiful personal touch. I will not stay anywhere else in Panama City. Also the security guards there are on point with everything. Makes you feel safer. Brian thank you for sharing your place with us

Vacation Getaway

We had a LOVELY stay here! Having an unobstructed view of the ocean and a huge covered balcony to enjoy it from was just what the doctor ordered! Such a treat to hear the waves all day long. This two-bedroom, two bathroom condo is well laid out and had everything we needed. Beds and couch/chairs were very comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious. My husband uses a walker and was able to get around very well. Having access to the property's amenities and a private parking spot was an added perk. Brian was super responsive and communicated with us throughout our stay. We are already planning to return next year!

The condo was very clean. Parking was not easy and would recommend a small suv or smaller. Did not like that after about 430pm traffic was at a standstill so we didn’t go anywhere we couldn’t walk to. The host was very great at communicating and helping to navigate the stay.

Great location!

Loved the ease in parking, very close to the condo. Great location!! Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very well stocked, even had beach chairs and a cart. We had an amazing time and would like to book this location again the in the future!

Absolutely Perfect

Brian’s Condo at Ocean Reef Condos,( #10008 ) , was absolutely beautiful. This Condo was super clean when we arrived. The view from the spacious balcony was breathtaking. The King Size Bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies. Everything we needed to stay was provided, we didn’t have to buy anything like bathroom tissue, soaps ,trash bags ect.. And Brian was there for us anytime we had a question , or we’re asking for advice on where to go and things to do . It almost felt like he was seating next to the phone just waiting for us to contact him . Very quick to respond to our questions and concerns. There will be no more searching for places to stay at PCB . This place is it ..!!! You will not be disappointed if you stay in one of Brian’s Condos. Thank You Brian for a wonderful experience.!!!
