Here’s a polished version that keeps your honest tone but flows a little better:The property is in a great location, reasonably priced, and the room itself was a good size. One thing to note is that the bunk beds are not mentioned on the listing, so that may be a surprise depending on how you’re planning to use the space.The space could definitely benefit from a deeper clean. It seems like the cleaners focus mostly on surface cleaning, as there was a noticeable amount of dust on the walls, wall photos, and other areas that aren’t part of the typical wipe-down. The TVs are also older and don’t have smart features, so there aren’t streaming options available.You can hear the mechanical room for the elevator at times, but it’s manageable if you’re not a light sleeper or sensitive to noise. Similarly, the dust may be an issue for anyone with allergies.That said, the view from the balcony is nice, and the walk down to the pool and beach area is easy and convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful, and Roy is a great communicator if any issues come up.One small tip for future guests: you’re only provided with one roll of toilet paper, so plan to bring extras. It may also be helpful to bring your own rags, as the ones provided have definitely seen better days.Overall, it worked for our stay thanks to the location and price, but there are a few small improvements that could make the experience much better.

Beautiful condo on the 23rd floor, giving a wonderful view of the water and the beach below. Location is very walkable to area restaurants. Covered parking was a plus. Full kitchen with everything we needed for our stay. Definitely recommend!

Amazing stay! Easy check-in… host sent all the necessary info ahead of time so it was a breeze! Space was perfect for me, spouse and 2 kids. We all LOVED starting our morning with the stunning views from the balcony. Dolphins, sunrises, waves for days. We appreciated the options of two different pool areas…plus beach access. Perfect for whatever we were feeling that day. We WILL return.

Little slice of heaven

Property was exactly as advertised. Owner was very helpful and quickly responds. No major issues other than elevator wait times but that is expected with the large condominium and the amount of people. Beach: you have to get up at 6 am or earlier in order to get a front beach setup. By 7 there are no close spots for chairs to be setup. There is beach rental available. Condo was clean and cozy. Advertised for sleeps six but depending in the size/age of kiddos, comfortable sleeps 5 adults/teens. We loved the location far enough away from pier park that traffic isn't terrible but minutes away from anything you need/want.

The view was awesome. Roy was friendly and answered questions and concerns. However the condo was ok, it didn’t feel super clean or updated. The pull out couch is super uncomfortable and the elevators took forever and then were sketchy the whole way up and down.

Great location.

The location was great. We parked our car in the garage and did not have to get back in it again. Everything was in walking distance. You had sharkies and runaway island on both sides. The condo was very clean. Would stay here again.

Family get Away

Overall, the day was OK. There was a lot of construction going on which made a big inconvenience and also waiting on the elevators took forever. They had old-school cable and no smart TV for children in either room. Also was not a huge fan that the balcony doors did not lock for my young kids. The host was very nice but I feel some things need to be updated

Beachside paradise

The condo is very well appointed- everything you could want/need in the kitchen; plenty of linens for the bath and bedrooms. The balcony was our favorite hang out spot - a great table and chairs and a lounger. The view was spectacular - 23rd floor overlooking the water. Best spot ever to watch the sunset. Our hosts were wonderful to work with and so very helpful!
