This was a lovely condo and a great property overall! Having the parking pass and 2 beach chairs included was huge! The cons was clean and well stocked for our needs. We enjoyed eating, having coffee and reading on the large balcony! Communication from the owner was informative, prompt and helpful! We are currently trying to find a date to come back!

The place is right on the beach and a short walk to restaurants. We only stayed one night but would have been happy to spend a week!

Clean property, excellent view

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and in good condition, the property was well maintained, and it was close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores and attractions. I hope we can come back someday!

Nice condo with ocean view

Centrally located on Panama City Beach. Heated pool and outdoor hot tub much appreciated with weather in high 50’s. Easy access to deep and long white-sand beach. Great little cafe/bakery right across the street.

Loved our stay. The condo was equipped with everything you needed and had a great view of the ocean, pool and beach. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Perk was two beach chairs which was nice. Woul stay here again.

Amazing!

Amazing views! We lived on the beautiful balcony every morning and evening. The condo is wonderful and very clean. Excellent location and convenient to the elevator, pools, and access to the beach.

Great Vacation

Everything was great from the time of arrival until our departure, no complaints at all! The weather was perfect and we really enjoyed the great views from the balcony that had plenty of furniture including a dining table with 6 chairs along with 4 other chairs with ottomans. We would highly recommend this property and hope to visit again next year.

All Around a Great Stay!

This was such a beautiful and relaxing stay and the views are amazing! Everything was thoughtfully stocked in the kitchen, including seasonings. They had plenty of seating and rooms were spacious. Balcony is a nice size and private. Water pressure in bathrooms was good and it got hot fast, so be careful. Parking is tight in the parking garage of the building no both floors but there is additional parking across the street with a covered walkover to he building. Overall, it was a great experience. We plan to stay again.

Will Stay Again

The condo was exactly as described. Fantastic views, excellent location, and clean. The kitchen had lots of everything (dishes, pans, utensils) and even some spices in the cupboard. I picked this condo specifically because of the patio and it did not disappoint. Plenty of room and furniture for our family and several friends to hang out. Beds were comfy and communication was quick and helpful. Will stay here again while in PCB.

Great vacation!

We had a great last minute, long weekend stay at this property. Our host was very helpful before hand and during our stay. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. We had plenty of room for 2 teens, our 7 year old and 2 adults. Location was great. Right in the heart of restaurants, shops and grocery stores but not loud at all. Pools were great as well as the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella provided. We loved our stay and would gladly stay again at this property. Thanks so much!

Amazing all around!

Gorgeous property and amazing views! Everything was clean and stylishly decorated. We happened to be there for the air show and we had front row seats on our balcony. We also were able to watch the dolphins in the mornings. The *only* downside is that the water pressure isn't great. Seriously, I have no other complaints!

Highly Recommend!!

We had an incredible stay at this property from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was clean and spacious, for our family of 4 adults and 3 kids. The location was perfect – comfy beds, kitchen well-furnished for cooking, Loved the large and well-furnished balcony, beach front, restaurant and shopping. The host was also fantastic, responsive, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can't recommend this property enough and will absolutely return. The only issue was the doorknob itself, a little difficult to open. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Communication?

I would have liked to have been able to tell the owner that something broke so it could be fixed before the next rental. Maybe I was supposed to tell someone on site but that was not clearly stated. It was a good stay. I would stay at Ocean Villa again.

Fantastic!

Solange was an awesome hist. We were in PCB during Hurricane Helene. We live in North Carolina. Our area in NC was devastated by the Hurricane. Solange was so sweet and even offered for us to stay extra days until we could get back to NC. The unit is beautiful and the views from the deck are outstanding. I will definitely be renting this unit again. Thanks Solange for your hospitality!

Beach Stay

The property was warm & homely in color, decoration, stocked kitchen and personal touches such a pictures. The entry door needs a little TLC, you have to work with it to enter. Cleaning crew should be somewhat more attentive: don't add water to soap containers & move a few things on counter tops to be sure to get all the crumbs. Beach chairs are a huge plus. Thanks for making our stay comfortable & enjoyable.

Good condo

This condo is a great location, beautiful view of the beach and ocean and a large balcony with ample seating . Chair service includes n the beach was very convenient. Owners were quick to respond. The condo is sparsely furnished, which had I known ahead of time, would have brought items like dish soap; hand soap for kitchen, garbage bags, rubbermaids/containers, beach and bath towels, Paper towels, toilet paper. All the towels really need replacement.

Great Condo. Great communication w owner! Lots of rules.

The Condo itself was very nice. Granite countertops, nice appliances leather couches. Everything you need (except for food and hair care products! we forgot our shampoo and conditioner. The balcony is very large and the views are amazing. 10th floor is perfect hight for amazing views. Elevators are fast! Solange was very helpful and always a quick text away...she even arranged for us to check in a little early and use the facilities after checkout until we ready to leave.The only negative is that the condo association has way too many rules! There are "DO NOT" signs everywhere. No drinks near the pool, no alcohol on the beach, no alcohol or smoking in pool area. No smoking or hanging towels to dry on back deck. I can understand that most of these are put in place for the crazy young spring break crowd, but for responsible adults, it seems like a prison in some ways, especially if you want to enjoy and nice fruity drink in a red solo cup while chilling in the hot tub. Hopefully summer is a little more laid back and sunny because we would love to come back! To end with a positive, great location! Walking distance to liquor store, Walmart, and eateries, Pier only a mile and half for fishing...we let out teenage boys walk back and forth to pier. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay overall, but a few small improvements would make this condo even better. When we arrived, parking instructions weren’t clear, and the front door handle stuck each time we tried to get in. The condo was mostly clean, but could use a deeper clean (especially the shower and baseboards). The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, which was great, but there wasn’t any bath soap provided—so bring your own. There were also some family photos throughout the condo, which felt a little unusual for a VRBO but not a major issue.The highlight was definitely the view! The balcony was perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals, and the beach was clean and beautiful. With a few updates, this place could easily be five stars.
