    Tucked between Camp Creek Lake and Alys Beach is a colorful and thriving beach community called Seacrest. Close to everything, and yet somehow quite relaxed, Seacrest is an ideal place to reconnect with friends and family. Bikes and flip-flops are the transportation of choice here, except for the occasional golf cart loaded up with kids, coolers, umbrellas and sand buckets.

    Explore the Surroundings:
    Discover the charm of the 30A area with ease. Waterhouse Coffee + Provisions and Bottle Shop are conveniently located just across the street for your pre or post-beach snacks. Nearby attractions also include:

    Alys Beach: 1.3 miles away or a quick 6-minute bike ride
    Rosemary Beach: 2.1 miles away or a 10-minute bike ride
    The Big Chill: 1.3 miles away or a 6-minute bike ride
    Seaside: 6.3 miles away or a scenic 30-minute bike ride

    If you`d like to have a few more options, a car rental may be helpful for running errands such as buying going to Publix to get groceries, or getting to and from the airport.

    Prime Location on Scenic Highway 30A:
    Mistral 7 is ideally situated just off scenic Highway 30A, ensuring that great dining, boutique shopping, and entertainment options are mere moments away. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll or a scenic bike ride, the area`s treasures are easily accessible.

    Impeccable Comfort:
    This serene condo boasts a recently renovated interior, thoughtfully designed for your comfort and convenience. It features a fully-equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, a modern bathroom, and ample sleeping space for up to six guests. You`ll find a luxurious king-size bed in the bedroom, a comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room, and a twin-sized bunk bed for kids.

    Home Away from Home:
    Your stay at Mistral 7 is made even more enjoyable with starter packs of essentials, including dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and complimentary samples of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

    Work and Play:
    Whether you need to catch up on work or simply want to enjoy a meal with a view, Mistral 7 offers versatile spaces. Work from the patio or the kitchen table, both of which offer breathtaking ocean views. And when you`re ready to relax, grab some of the provided beach chairs and make your way down the condo`s private boardwalk to the pristine beach.

    Please be aware the cleaning fee includes the cleaning fee, the reservation fee, the license fee, the parking passes and the wristbands. These fees are non-negotiable.

    No refunds are granted for any interruption in Wi-Fi service during your stay, no exceptions.
    If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
    Recommended for all guests: travelers’ insurance for the flight(s) and the duration of the reservation.
    Local guests must contact me prior to booking.

    1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. CST AND CHECKOUT IS 10 A.M. CST. NO EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECKOUT IS PERMITTED. A $150 rent charge will be assessed if you do not check-in/out promptly and appropriately.

    2. NO SMOKING OR VAPING - This is a NON SMOKING OR VAPING unit. If the property has been found to be smoked in or vaped in, a $500.00 fee will be assessed. If you choose to smoke or vape outside, all cigarette / cigar butts must be removed from the property. If butts or other debris from smoking or vaping are found on or around property, an additional $500.00 fee will be assessed
    and charged to your credit card on file.

    3. PET FEES – No pets, including small dogs, are permitted in the rental home per HOA rules/regulations. Non-compliance of these
    rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. ESA animals must have proper
    documentation. HUD states that websites which sell certificates, registrations, and licensing documents for assistance animals are not
    sufficient on their own to reliably establish that an individual has a disability-related need for an emotional support animal.

    4. AGE REQUIREMENT - No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian is
    required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany their children under the age of twenty-five
    (25) at all times and be present at the time of check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying is not allowed in any of the rental units.
    Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any payments made.

    5. ADVANCE PAYMENT -Upon booking, an advance payment of 50% of the rent plus taxes, the Property Damage Deposit is due upon check-in and returned upon check-out. Accepted payment methods are VISA, Master Card, and Discover with 3% credit card process-ing fee.

    6. FINAL PAYMENT - The final balance of all amounts owed is due 30 days before your arrival date. Final payment must be made by
    credit card. If you are booking within 14 days of the arrival date full payment is required.

    7. CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION - There are no penalties for changing your reservation outside of 60 days prior to arrival, but
    you will be responsible for any applicable increase in rent or other booking charges. Any changes made to a reservation within 60 days
    of arrival will be treated as a cancellation, and no refunds will be given.

    8. INCLEMENT WEATHER – While we hope you have perfect weather during your vacation, this is not always the case. No refunds
    or other compensation will be given should you experience inclement weather. Unfortunately, the gulf coast is susceptible to hurricanes
    and flooding during certain times of the year, and frequently hurricane and storm surge watches and warnings are put in place for the
    county in which the property is located. In the event such a watch or warning is put in place, we will monitor the situation closely, but
    we will not provide any refunds or other compensation if you decide to depart early or check in late. In the event that a MANDATORY

    EVACUATION ORDER is implemented for the county in which the property is located, we will require that you evacuate in accor-
    dance with the order, and we will provide an equitable refund for the number of days of your stay that were missed as a result of such order.

    9. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests for this property is 5. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result
    in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all money paid.

    10. MINIMUM STAY – Longer minimum stays may be required during peak seasons or holiday periods. If you check out earlier than
    the scheduled departure date, no refund or credit will be given for such early departure.

    11. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen/towel/paper towel/toilet paper/soap/shampoo/can liner (trash bags) setup.
    Additional paper products, toiletries and can liners (trash bags) must be purchased by the guest.

    12. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental
    rate. Beach towels are provided. Linens and towels provided are not to be removed from the property.

    13. CLEANING FEE – A housekeeping fee will be added to all reservations, regardless of the number of nights booked. The fee will
    vary depending on the size of the property. This is applied for cleaning and laundry services upon departure. To avoid an extra cleaning
    charge: (a) wash the dishes or leave them in the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle upon departure, (b) leave the property in a neat
    and orderly condition, and (c) place all garbage in the trash bins outside. A $75 garbage removal fee will be assessed if garbage is not
    removed from the inside of the property at time of check-out.

    14 NEIGHBORHOOD RULES/HOA – Most homes located in residential neighborhoods are controlled by an Owner Association.

    These associations have very strict rules that must be respected. Most violations warrant a fine that you will be responsible for paying.
    Many rental properties prohibit the on-site parking of recreational vehicles, trailers, personal watercraft (boats, jet skis, etc.) and/or
    restrict the number of motorized vehicles per rental unit (including golf carts). One parking spot per condo. Parking pass will be left
    for you on the counter to place in your car.

    15. OWNER CAMERAS. The property owner may install security cameras outside of the home in order to protect their home from
    crime or other wrongdoing. By signing this rental agreement, you acknowledge that the property owner may have installed security
    cameras outside of the home.
