Loved the condo! PROS: Very spacious. Well equipped and nicely decorated. Close to elevator. GREAT view! CONS: only 2 elevators for 18 floors of rooms. Sometimes the wait was VERY long -- 20-25 minutes, in the heat. Also, luggage carriers were small in size and very few in number. Hard to find one.

We were all satisfied with our stay with one exception...the elevators were not working most of the time. When reported to the front desk the response was "its just the wind". Very odd.

Relaxing stay

Facility was as advertised. Clean and safe. Only complaint was slow elevators, but we were there at busy time of year. Would book again.

Great visit

Overall good location, nice condo. The reason the rating is not 5 stars is that the pool was closed. One of the selling features is the pool, and the price includes use of the pool. There was no notice given prior to arrival date that the pool would be closed. A heads up, commom courtesy, would be great so there are no expectations of using the pool. I'm assuming they're afraid people will cancel reservations, which because of the lack of this communication I will probably not book here again.

February Stay

The condo is very comfortable. The pictures are not accurate as there are new stainless steal appliances, carpeting in the living room is different and so is some of the furniture. There is also a chaise on the balcony along with a high top table seating 4. We stayed in the condo for a month so we did quite a bit of cooking. The Teflon pans do not sit flat on the cooktop and are all very large, no cookie sheet, and a very small slice toaster. The management company is very responsive and easy to work with. They addressed any concern we had. It was clean and I like that they replace the bedding after each stay.

The view is A+. But some things need to be addressed. First, the listing says it has a hot tub at the facility that a family member was looking forward to, but it doesn't exist. The TV is the 2nd bedroom has a direct tv box but not cables are connected from box to the tv. There was no remote for direct tv box in master bedroom, and other remotes would not operate it. Direct tv worked in living area. However, they DON'T have SEC, ACC, network as subscribed channels. Was able to download app youtubetv app in master bedroom only to watch favorite team play. Freezer door is still not fixed where it opens easily to access ice from previous reviews. Bath towels and washrags are not the best quality. Weather was great and unit was comfortable. Beach and the views were great. Overall give a visit a grade of A- could be higher if the little things are addressed for future renters.

Beach trip heaven.

The place was nicer than the listing even made it sound. The instructions were clear. The communications were quick and the answered my question thoroughly. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The balcony is Big with plenty of furniture and an ideal setting to watch the sunset or listen to the waves. We were able to see dolphins in the water. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The ice maker in the refrigerator works nicely and there is filtered water from the fridge that tastes good. The beach is just steps away as this condo is right on the beach. There's a pool, a workout room and several other amenity options that we did not Avail ourselves of because the weather was so perfect and the beach and the balcony were our favorite places to be the entire vacation. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our room and location of condo. Bed was comfortable which is always important! The condo was clean and I would recommend to anyone. We will definitely try to stay here again when we plan our next beach trip!

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The condo was beautiful but the kids wouldnt sleep in the front bedroom because they could feel the springs in the bed. The bracelets wouldve been better if they were rubber. We had to cut the bracelets off our kids because due to their playing they tightened and left marks. The elevator oh the elevator is soooooo sllooooowwww! We parked on L3 and walked 2 floors up instead of waiting for that horribly slow elevator.

Clean comfy rooms but super slow elevators

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at Sterling Reef-2 different host. Both times are condo was super clean stocked with everything you might need for your stay. The only downfall is the super slow elevators. Last year we stayed on floor 7 & found out about the slow elevators. This year (knowing the elevators were slow) we booked on the 2nd floor so we could take the stairs if the wait time was long. I know other guest were complaining about the elevators too. We felt super safe with the security for the parking garage/pool/beach access. Having more than 2 elevators would definitely help speed up the wait time considering there are 22 floors at this resort. We definitely plan to book again but sure hope the elevator issue will be resolved very soon!

Beautiful view

We loved our stay. Great parking, clean condo. Beautiful beach easy access. Elevator wait time was completely reasonable. Condo was beautiful. Decor was nicely done and it smelled amazing. Comfortable beds. Breathtaking balcony. Highly recommend will book again next year.

Room was amazing

The room was very clean and looks just like the pics! The view of the beach from the balcony was perfect. Master bed was comfortable which was surprising since most condo beds are usually hard and old. Condo manager was very quick to respond to messages and was easy to book with. Would definitely book this room again!
