The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Arrived to an unclean kitchen and balcony. The balcony doors were terrible dirty. Damaged kitchen and bathroom base cabinets. Some trim was damaged on sides of wood wall. Someone was sent up to clean after we complained. Tge virw is beautiful and the communication was awesome. Bed was super comfy!

The room was clean including the bathroom. The essentials were there and we had enough towels for 3 days. Again, two dudes so translate that however. We had enough plates and silverware to eat with. The fridge and microwave were clean and work well. The ac is great and the view was fantastic. Unless you do not like heights. The pools were good and being kept up. The grounds were clean and the employees were friendly. I would recommend changing from the rain maker type to just one that gives a tighter pattern. I would stay again.

Enjoyed the H2O bar and . Could not believe how the area were majestic is located had changed. I was looking forward to taking a long hot bath in the Jacuzzi,filled with water cut on the jets and nothing but black dirt and debris came out. Very disappointed. I checks out 2 days earlier.

My wife and I had a great trip. Loved the room and the condominium. If I had to critique the rental, the advertising is lacking in accuracy. The photos of the room show a different cabinet, table and chairs, and bed comforter than what was actually there. The stovetop needs repair or just truthfully a new stove period. The jetted tub needs some bleach ran through it to clean it properly. Other than that, it was a delightful trip. I think if these changes are made, it will make things better for the owner and future guests. The beach was wonderful, the grounds and staff were nice. I’d recommend this condominium to anyone.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at “Beaches on My Mind” for our Panama City Beach getaway. The studio was just right for the two of us. The bed was soooo comfortable and the bedding was very nice as well. There are more kitchen gadgets and accessories than we expected including a blender. The bathroom was a decent size and included a jetted tub and larger sink/vanity. My only suggestions would be an improved shower head and additional towel bars and hooks for towels and swim wear. The studio was clean and had a tall dresser than wasn’t shown in the pictures which worked great for us. The entrance had a hall door with a code which led to 2 studios with coded doors as well. This made us feel even more safe. There is always security present at the resort and they were friendly and helpful. The resort is also located in a central area not far from anything really but wasn’t difficult at all to navigate. We will definitely stay here again if we travel to PCB!

The room was great for the two of us. The biggest problem was on day of check in, the bldg was down to 2 elevators for Tower 1. Maintenance is lacking in that department. The view was awesome, and the room was comfortable, but just not a fan of Large properties.

My husband and I never had a honeymoon so we decided to finally take a trip alone together. This condo was everything we hoped for. The views were amazing and the room was so cozy. We wished we could bring that bed home with us. It was so comfortable and we had never slept so good away from home. We loved that we could lay in bed and still see the beach when it was raining also. This place was everything we hoped for and so many memories were made while on this trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The host was the most responsive and communicative person I’ve ever booked through! Everything was perfect for us, the only downfall was that you shared a hallway door with your neighbor that led to your own room doors (not at all fault of the host). Having to share a door with your neighbors just made nights a little rough because you can hear them coming in and out and the shared hallway makes everything echo. Besides that small detail is was a wonderful trip, and the property has so much to offer!

Don't Plan on Sleeping In

As soon as the sun comes up, the room is bright, and there are no room-darkening curtains. The room was clean except for a couple of usual spots (corners of bathroom floor). Bed was fairly comfortable, but not the memory foam I'm used to at home. The array of kitchen/cooking items was impressive, but we didn't need to use most of it. The fridge is HUGE. Also, note that there is a regular coffee pot, not only the Keurig seen in the photos. You might want to bring some of your own towels, unless you feel like doing laundry. We don't mind reusing bath towels (there were 5 for two people), but 5 wash cloths is NOT enought for two people for 5 nights. We went to Walmart (which is quite close by) and bought more of our own. The building itself had broken elevators twice during our stay. With 23 floors and about 20 condos per floor, we were limited to one elevator for a few hours one afternoon. Beach access is great. Pool area is nice with a place to order drinks and food. It would be good to know the policy for closing the pools when there is lightning. We waited more than an hour after one rumble of thunder before we were allowed to enter again. That seems excessive.
