This 9th floor unit was as shown in the pictures. Nice and clean. Quiet and very relaxing. We did get locked out of the unit for 5 1/2 hrs due to the door lock batteries. Will definitely stay again

Cleanliness was poor. Issue with ice maker in the beginning. Furniture especially sectional and chairs were old and not nice. Blinds in front bedrooms let in too much light at night.

Overall, the condo was nice.

Overll, the condo was nice. We did notice a few things that could have been better. There were 2 main issues that we had to contact the manager about, which were fixed promptly. We have stayed at this complex before, but never at this unit. Building is nice and well maintained. Pool is always nice. Beach access is nice also.

Perfect for Family

Great location on the beach and close restaurants, shops, pier park. Loved the large patio with grill. Thankful to have 3 bathrooms. Largest pantry we have had in a rental. Large refrigerator, stove and table to accommodate large group. Would definitely stay again.

Girls trip

Condo was very clean with nice decor. Kitchen could have been a little more stocked with better pans/skillets, mixing bowls. One of the elevators was not working which caused long wait times. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and it was a great location.

Wonderful vacation

Condo was clean. Comfy beds. Great location. The only thing I would suggest would be more than 1 dish cloth and 1 kitchen towel and maybe a few cheap storage containers for refrigerator left overs. But overall a great stay. Very pleased with the amount of bath towels in each bathroom! Great balcony with plenty of seating!

Nice location

Located in a great spot for just about any activities, or just for hanging out on the beach. Nice pool and hot tub. The condo was nice, could use better cooking pans, they need to be replaced. The fridge smelled like someone spilled beer in it, it was a beautiful view and comfortable beds.

Beautiful condo

The condo was very clean, modern, and had all the basics needed for our stay. Great location as you’re close to Pier Park and lots of restaurant options nearby. The check in process at the resort was a little confusing due to the front desk being closed off when we arrived around 5pm, which remained closed off for our entire stay. Luckily there was someone close by that was able to direct us to a concierge desk to check in with instead. Overall it was a great trip and we’d love to come back again.

Okay, but lacks a lot.

This is my fourth time at Sterling Breeze. We love the location of the property along with the fact that it's not overcrowded. However, this condo was my least favorite out of the condos I have rented here. The kitchen lacks a lot of basic supplies needed if you plan to cook. No pot holders, very few pots (they are very worn and warped), no serving spoons except for one wooden one. The microwave is tiny. The dishwasher sits back under the counter with the buttons on the top so seeing the buttons to start it was difficult. They use white linens for all bedding which makes sense if they actually bleach them and clean correctly but they are very dingy and stained. The rug in the living room is bent at the corners so it was a trip hazard for our little ones. My least favorite part was dealing with the rental company. I have rented mostly from private owners in this building so the rental company was a hassle to deal with. Every time I went to speak with someone or message someone I got a different person. Each person would tell me a different thing. I originally spoke with one person when asking about being able to check in earlier who said to contact them when we arrived and they would help to accommodate us but when we arrived the day of check in I was told in a very rude manner, absolutely not. Overall the property is okay but I would not rent this particular condo again, nor would I rent from RealJoy again.
