Very spacious. It had everything you would need. Could use better cleaning around stove. Needs a deadbolt on door, (IMO). Other than those couple of things, we enjoyed it and would stay again.

Great Family Condo

First we liked the condo bc it was up to date, decor was out style, kitchen really nice, patio furniture nice with 4 tall chairs, 2 girls 7 and 10yrs had their own bedroom or choice of sleeping on the bunk beds and even watched a movie on the pullout bed. Washer and Dryer up to date as well as bathrooms. Mattresses were great. 2 fans in the closet with hangers and extra linens, hamper, iron. I would def recommend to others.

Beautiful

The condo was well stocked and beautifully decorated! Perfect size for my family as the bunk beds were a great hit! They had sand toys and beach chairs available for guests and a nice surprise were boogie boards. Saving us tons of money on not having to purchase. We would definitely stay here again.

My thoughts.

Overall a nice property. A few things I didn't like... the grout lines in the shower seem to be moldy... the bed linens are cheap and don't fit the bed. The mattress needs deep pocket sheets. Everytime you get in bed the fitted sheet would pop off the corners. For 1200.00 and a 650,000 condo. They can afford a set of nicer sheets. Very disappointed. Other than that.. property was good.

Nice condo

Nice clean condo and would definitely stay here again! The property is secure and the views are amazing! The beach was pristine and the water was crystal clear!! I will say that there was no welcome back packet at the security gate or left in the condo which would have included our parking passes. Once I called the management company to let them know this they came right out to bring them to us.

Breathtaking views

Couldn’t ask for a better view overloooking the ocean. Decorated nicely and provide all the dishes etc. You will need to make a store run for paper towels, spices etc but overall well stocked.

Spectacular views

You will not find better gulf views than at this condo! Or better customer service. We had some issues while there but they were quick to try to correct everything and even brought us a little basket of goodies to thank us for our understanding. Stop searching and book today. PS: when you go looking for the dining room light, it is a mirrored switch plate ON the mirrored wall down to the left! It took us two days to find it, ha ha!

Week vacation with friends

Our stay was wonderful! The unit was cozy and well decorated, had a beautiful view that could be enjoyed from the balcony and it’s location to a senior center with pickle ball courts to yummy restaurants and shopping was perfect! However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. First, there were black silicone bands that were left for guests to wear but a clear explanation of what they were for was missing. Second, the Wi-Fi was extremely spotty. Third, the floors of the unit were not properly cleaned; there was A LOT of sand on the floor so we found ourselves constantly brushing our feet off. Before we unpacked I actually used the broom in the pantry to sweep the place which helped but a thorough vacuum was needed. Fourth, there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no extra rolls so we had to buy some from the store. I think one extra roll per bathroom would be suitable. Lastly, the unit advertises tennis (pickleball) as an amenity, so we were shocked and totally disappointed to find out you need to pay $15/person per hour to use the court which is absurdly expensive! Thankfully, there is a senior center a few miles away that we were able to play at for free and the hours are from dawn to dusk so that was a blessing but I believe additional costs should be mentioned in the unit listing. Also, our party was also surprised that no beach towels were provided for guests so bring your own! :) With that said, hosts are extremely timely in responding which was greatly appreciated, the living room furniture was so comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking appliances! We had a great time so thank you!

It was great. The only issue we had was we didn’t get enough tissues in the master bathroom and we had to go and buy tissue. Wi-Fi had to restarted few times. Other than that all was good. Perfect for those that are afraid of heights.
