Great vacation

We got in with no problems, basically only had to drive to get supplies for room, so much within easy walking distance. I felt safe throughout trip and resort is very freindly and guests were all neighborly. Leaving was simple. Missed a hurricane, weather was great, yellow and red flags, some jellyfish were present. We will be back.

Location Great! Condo not so great :(

We thank you for our stay & did enjoy the beach and Aqua’s amenities and it’s location as it’s nearby pier park, restaurants, shops & more to walk to. However, we did make a small list of concerns about our condo (property #1514813)… -Wasn’t fully clean as we arrived. (Kitchen had crumbs all on counters & unit was smelly and hot until we cooled it down with A/C). -There was a Cigar left on top of fridge. -Guest bedroom lights flickers. -Black Mold on & around master shower. -Guest shower pressure is horrible & drain clogged -There’s some Molding needing repair throughout. -Coffee buttons broken off, we needed to hold loose button controller down to start. Positive review is that the beds were comfy, A/C worked well & kept it cool, tvs took our own fire stick and balcony view of beach was beautiful!

This was the worst stay ever I never stay with this company

This was the worst stay ever I will never stay again with this company real joy. Poor management the unit was smelling really bad like mildew and cigarettes. The unit was dirty when we arrived I won’t ever recommend no one to stay with company real joy or the unit they are managing. My rating is -5 false advertising there was use condoms under the pillows when arrived this was really nasty. Please don’t let them fool you . Please read the review

The folks that work for here and staff for Real Joy Rentals were awesome. The Unit smelled like smoke. Thick smoke that stuck to everything kind of smoke. It was obvious that the owner or someone who spends a lot of time there is a smoker. Unit needs to be advertised as such. The smell is on everything and doesn't go away. Had we had our nephew with us we wouldn't have been able to stay since he's allergic to smoke. We bought a bunch of fabric spray,candles, and air fresheners to make it tolerable. Cleaning crew cut corners. Found white powder substance all over dresser in 2nd bathroom. 2nd bath tub needed good scrubbing. Some dishes had food on them. Just needed a good thorough cleaning. Some of the lights didn't work. Didn't like having to pay for parking. Everytime we've stayed at the here it came with the rental. Same with chairs although chairs and umbrella were left in condo for us so that was cool. Overall we made the best of the few issues and had a great time. The view was pnemonial The condo was pretty and aside from the few things mentioned was good for the most part.

Beautiful view

The condo itself was beautiful. Clean, updated and comfortable with an amazing view. Check in to the actual room was easy once I figured out where to park (it’s across the street from the actual condo) and finally found a cart for luggage. My only complaint really is what other reviews said…bring ear plugs and something for white noise. The location is great but the roads get busy late at night and you can hear it.

As soon as my family walked in the unit we smelt a very strong odor of marijuana. The rental management company sent an inspector to our room the same night while we were not present at the time because we were at the the store getting groceries for our stay. The inspector claimed they didn’t smell anything. This made my family very upset because we are not smokers. This odor lingered our entire stay. Even when we tried to air out the unit during the day time by opening the balcony window, the smell was still undoubtedly noticeable at night time. It’s as if whoever rented the unit before us hot boxed the room for hours before they left. The fact that the rental management company did not find odor present at the time of their inspection was incomprehensible. My family goes to Panama City Beach on average 3 times a year. We will not be renting this unit again for these reasons.

Very good experience

The overall experience was very good. Had some challenges with the wrong parking gate and pool code and printing out the parking pass. (We were used to having the parking passes inside the units.) Unit was clean and the location was great! Looking forward to visiting again!

i have been staying there 12 years. i won't ever be back . my lawyer will be sending a letter for a patricidal refund . we spend over half our time waiting om a elevator or walking 15 stories of stairs and i have 2 bad knees. you should let people know this before they pay 1200 for a condo

My family of 5 and i stayed here for 5 nights. Condo itself is beautiful and the location cant be beat!! Pier park is across the street and your view from the balcony is breathtaking!! Can't wait to come back!!

Loved the ocean review

I enjoy a Check in desk with someone to Assist. Also would have liked it to be more secured. I didn’t enjoy the parking garage and walking over the sky bridge.
