Overall the stay was very relaxing, however, when we first arrived there was no hot water, the microwave did not work and some of the plug ins did not work. I tried calling the after hours number with no prevail. Messaged the owner, no response. I was told that everything was ready to go when we checked in. I do realize that the condo had been under renovations, but with no hot water? The next morning a friend of mine said check the circuit breakers, which was the problem. The breakers for the hot water heater and the microwave was off, not tripped, but turned off. There were a few other things that come with the remodeling process.....toilet was leaking from the tank, kitchen sink drain leaked under the cabinet which got some of my things wet.....but I feel the owner or someone from management should have checked everything over very well before the condo was actually rented out for guests.
Also, when first looking for a condo to rent for vacation, I was looking for a condo that had a “6 person stay rating”. I was never told the after the renovation process would be completed, it would be a “4 person stay rating”. Luckily enough the other family members could not go, which made it a good fit. But the price I paid was for a 6 person available stay.. Most condos rate the stay for how many people can sleep in the condo. I have not been offered a refund as of yet, probably not get one either.
But overall, I enjoyed our stayed and would give the condo rating a 3 and a half star.
