  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Views we beautiful!

The room we just like the photos . Beautiful views we enjoy seeing and hearing the ocean 🌊 ❤️ the things we didn't love was the internet was going on and off. Also if your like me,and have autistic children make sure they are doing the movies at the pool before you take them it was breakdown city. Also the restaurant and bar closes at 9pm and that includes the only bathrooms. Also at night there were no lifeguards.I'm not sure about during the day.

Disappointed in quality

The pictures listed do represent the property well, however you cannot see all the broken pieces throughout. Here is a list: no light bulbs in 2 out of 3 lights in spare bedroom, 2 out of 3 lights in kitchen, blinds in bedroom did not cover the window, with approximately 8 inch gap at bottom where light is coming in from outside all night, laundry washer knob was broken off, kitchen island had a broken piece laying on the floor, kitchen faucet was so loose I thought it was going to fall off, dishwasher was missing a wheel in the bottom rack making it difficult to pull out, living room blinds were broken at the top, barstool seat was completely broken off from the base. Completely disappointed in the quality of all furniture & appliances. It appeared to be the cheapest you could get to say you had those items in the property. Unfortunate quality for such a beautiful view of the beach/water. The property management did send someone over to “fix” some things, However, he brought some light bulbs and fixed the bar stool, saying he would come back later & he never returned. Lastly, it was nice that this was a “gated property” however, one night we were returning from dinner & the security opened the gate & the gate fell on our vehicle. The security person did not say anything, no sorry, nothing. The lack of apologize or even acknowledging the accident to me was completely poor form.

Paradise

The condo and resort was beautiful…my only issue was the waterfall by Tower 2 stopped working and a recliner in the unit was broke and maintenance never made it to repair it…other than those issues it was a great vacation.

This property had a beautiful view and some work had been done in bathrooms. Furniture is very old and worn. Couch was full of sand snd uncomfortable. TV in living room had sound issues where volume required constant monitoring. Great location but unit needs updating.

Enjoyable time!

We were pleased with our choice of this property. It was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with things we needed. We loved the view! The only negative would be the bed in the master bedroom was too hard. It was easy for us only having 2 people to switch to the other bedroom for sleeping. It had an eggshell pad on top and so was more comfortable.

We stay in T2 every year for the Ironman. This unit had everything we needed. Was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness…throw rugs definitely needed to be vacuumed or replaced. Loved that this unit was tiled and not carpeted

Unit needs some updating, but otherwise an enjoyable place to stay for 2 nights. Very roomy bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area and close to restaurants & shopping. Killer views!

Awesome Views

Views from the dining room and balcony and recliners were awesome. It was windy during our stay and had a storm. My wife and I just sat and watched. Views were worth all. Everything we needed here.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The condo was just as advertised. The view was gorgeous. Easy access to beach, bar and restaurants. Walking distant to shopping. Highly recommend.

Great location but NOT CLEAN

This property is in a great location and has great views. Check-in process was easy. However, we were very disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property. Some examples are: 1. Comforter on beds were so disgusting that we went to Walmart to buy a different blanket to use. I travel frequently for work, and this is the first time I ever felt the need to buy a blanket to replace a comforter. 2. Sofa was also very dirty, and we used another blanket to cover it so we could sit on it. 3. One of the recliners was broke and when you sit in it you lean significantly to the right; 4. The bunk beds sheets had hair on them making us wonder if they actually were washed; 5. Hot water on bathroom faucet didn’t work; 6. Ceiling fan in bedroom only worked if light was on due to pull chain being broke; and 7. The floors and rugs were very grimy as if they hadn’t been cleaned thereby necessitating wearing shoes or slippers at all times. Other general concerns: 1. The hot water tank doesn’t seem big enough for the number of occupants. We routinely ran out of hot water for 6 of us taking showers. 2. The bunk bed setup was concerning. It appears to be two closets converted into a bunk bed. Access was challenging especially for parents. 3. Only two garbage bags provided which is insufficient for large families. 4. Soap only provided in one bathroom. Other bathroom and kitchen had no soap. Owner says supplies are limited due to COVID, but the supplies are available at local Walmart. Overall, while a great location, the owner appears to take a very cheap approach to cleanliness, maintenance and customer service.

It was okay.

The property is great, everybody is always smiling(staff and guest) over all I enjoy the experience. But it would have been better if the floor below hadn't been undergoing renovations, excessive noise during the day, from drilling, hammering, saw noise. Also the property was not fully cleaned before arriving, bathtube and shower sliding glass door didn't work properly (off track).

PCB Family Trip

The property was as advertised. We originally were told no check ins before 5 pm so we arranged our travel time to that. However, we received notification an hour and a half earlier that we could check in, but we weren't close yet. We had to go to an off site office to get our parking passes. It would be nice if it was onsite at the guard shack. Upon arrival the condo was as it appeared in the pictures. Great views! I feel as though house keeling could have done a better job. There was sand in the bunk beds and dirty clothes under the secondary bed in the bedroom. The remotes were missing batteries and the fan in the secondary bedroom only worked when the light was turned on. There was a box fan in the closet that was available for use. We have stayed at Edgewater before and this condo is equivalent to other ones we have stayed at.

Vacation get away

View was good but could not see sunrise or sunset from room. It needs some updates to furniture, holes in the second bedroom wall looks like headboard was attached at one time. Fan not working in shower. Patio furniture was cheap and dirty. Overall needs a little TLC and deep cleaning.
