  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Perfect location

Although the location was amazing, (beach access, restaurants, etc) the cleanliness and overall unit needs attention. The couch needs to be replaced. The amount of sand in it was awful. Not to mention the stains it had. The dryer works but be prepared to dry things twice. Elevators are very slow. So don’t be in a hurry. The kitchen was nice. And beds were very comfortable. The staff and reservation hostess were so nice and accommodating. We were able to get in at 12:00 instead of 4, so make sure to ask if your unit is ready. We lucked out! Overall, it was a nice place and location really was great!

Perfect for us

We had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful and perfect for us. Pleat if sleeping places and us grandparents could sit on the balcony and watch our daughter and son in love and grands at the pool and beach.

It’s The Little Things

We hate to be negative on this review as the overall property and the management company are great. However, sometimes it’s the little things — - Ceiling fan in primary was locked up and didn’t work - Several electrical outlets not functional - Only partial function available for TV in living area - Washer/drier needs attention and cleaning - Headboard on secondary bedroom bed is “bangy” - Cables for TVs just hanging visibly down wall whereas in other units our friends stayed in, the wires were neatly hidden - Both beds are raised just a bit too high for easy access and dismount First world issues? Absolutely. As noted, however, units our friends were staying in within the same building had none of these issues.

Beautiful view, great location

Loved the property very serene, spacious, clean awesome view and I would love to visit again. my only complaint was there was already sand in my bed when I got in it. So I emailed the property and washed the sheets and remade the bed myself because it was midnight. I received an immediate response and the property manager offered to have staff come to change bedding. Communication is great. Thank you for having us

Great place to stay!

Property was great and just as listed! Very clean! Stayed on the 9th floor and had no issues with waiting on elevators. The beach chairs were great and you just check in at the kiosk and they assign you the same chairs for the length of your stay. We go to PCB every year and have stayed at a few different places. Will try to stay here every year now!

Perfect place to stay for a relaxed get-away

The stay was amazing, a perfect location, quiet, and relaxed, and all of the staff was very kind. With the exception of their "security guard", who was very rude to some of the guests that were with me, but had nothing to do with the condo. The "Book That Condo" workers were all amazing, responsive, and kind. Loved being on the beach and the direct walkway over to the parking garage. We loved PCB!

Exactly as advertised

The condo was just as advertised. My family enjoyed the private balcony the view was amazing and the elevators were not even a hassle. The resort was everything we had hoped for. Can't wait to book for next year.

Grand Panama elevator wait times and parking.

We wasted so much time waiting on an elevator to and from our room in the 9th floor. For the most part, only 1 or 2 of the elevators were operational during our entire stay. We were very disappointed with this experience. The parking was limited and very far away from tower 1. It was very difficult to find available parking on levels 4 and 5 of the parking garage. The condo room was wonderful. Very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The drains were slow but maintenance came quickly to repair the issues. Overall, on our next visit, we will stay at another location due to the elevator and parking challenges.

Nice condo. Tremendous views! We would definitely consider it again.

The only real issue we had was the coffee pot didn’t work when we arrived. We notified the property management people and they showed up with a new one that evening. They had to go purchase it because there were none on hand. So they really went out of their way to accommodate us.

Amazing view, that's about it.

Our place was very sandy, I understand it's hard to clean, but the sand was all over our bedsheets, I knew it wasn't washed. A lot of items left from the previous occupant that was never cleaned from cabinets and drawers and crumbs on the dinning room and living room table. Maintenance man was there after we checked in fixing the sink, he said it fell in and he had bricks holding it up. All 3 elevators were very slow and parking was dreadful as well. Only thing worth staying there was the amazing view.
