Room was great for our stay. We spent most of our time at the beach. The room is perfect viewing for the light show on the lake. They did not have the show while we were there.

Check in was not smooth and the staff member did not leave us with a good impression. The elevators are atrocious. They are slow and the wait if forever. There were no issues with the room. That was great.

The condo was ok once you got to it. The elevàtors were always busy. You normally had a 45 minute wait at any of them. Once inside for about 20 minutes our little ones feet were black. The master bedroom was nice even though the television was snowy and the bed was being held up by 3 two by fours. This was definitely not what I expected for the price I paid.

Just Okay

Good for the price and location, but a lot to be desired. Check in was easy since we arrived late, but if you are checking in at normal hours of the day, you will be waiting for quite a long time. Place was fine, appliances were outdated, the dishwasher is falling apart, and the kitchen stuff is quite old. Internet was VERY slow and the provided password was incorrect, along with the door code to the beach. Sheets were not very clean, no soap in bathrooms or toiletries like the listing said. There were also no move out instructions or cleaning supplies to use for the end of the trip. Building itself was okay, quite busy and the elevators broke at one point, causing absolute chaos trying to get up to the 17th floor. Beach was the nicest part about the condo, great water and sand with lots to do. Owner was responsive quickly and did answer all our questions if needed.

Will be back!

My family loved it! The condo was very accommodating. We loved the many pools. Our favorite was how close we were to the beach. I have a handicapped parking pass and it was easy to find access to parking. The house manager (not sure if that' the right term) was available quickly if we had any questions.

Excellent experience overall

Arriving and check in was simple and fast, the condo was great. Laketown Warf is located right where you want to be in Panama City 15 minutes from St Andrews state park, and right on Thomas drive. My only complaints were the tv in master sweet didn’t work.

Great family vacation

The condo was perfect for a family of 5. The room was clean and the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. The pools were perfect when we needed a break from the beach. Everything you needed was in walking distance. Our family had a perfect weekend away and plan to book again!!

Very Nice Condo To Stay In

Was a nice property with a nice view. The beds were comfortable. There was a pack and play available to use for our infant son. We didn't have any issues with the elevator situation as some people have commented about that but that seems to happen in summer season when it is more busy. There was black mold in our washing machine, we contacted the owner and he sent someone to come clean it out promptly. When I wiped up some water that fell on floor the paper towel came up as dirty, but I did not contact owner about this issue (just upset the floors were this dirty being charged a large cleaning fee, not owners fault) --- we choose to wear shoes inside, we typically do not wear shoes inside in home per our culture. The pots and pans should probably be updated, but most people eat out on vacation. If you are planning to do most of your cooking on vacation in the condo I suggest bring your own pots and pans (not an issue for us though for this stay, we choose to eat out). Everything else kitchen wise was nice and stocked. I think the cleaning fee is a little high considering all of the rules about the condo needing to be a certain way or being charged fees. BUT I can understand were owner / resort is coming from as well, just something to consider. All in all, great host as he responded promptly to the one issue we asked him about. Everything else in the condo was very clean, provided nice toiletries in bathrooms, dish soap, and a sample pack of detergent for washing clothes. Very comfortable place to stay, and would def. recommend and stay here in future. This resort is close to the beach, close to restaurants, and attractions. Our family had a great time. Please contact host with issues if you stay here because he actually responds and cares for your stay to be comfortable.

Any time we had a question or an issue the host would respond quickly with exactly what we needed! The condo was the perfect size for the 6 of us, was very clean, and the beach was only right across the street!

Perfect winter getaway in paradise!

Coming all the way from Michigan to get away from the snow & cold for some sunshine & beach, we loved every minute of this place and the condo resort! The owners were so responsive to our needs as we had to make a date change in our reservation (almost a year difference) and they were so accomodating to do that for us. The condo was perfect for our family of five, extremely clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The 17th floor room provided beautiful panoramic views of both the lagoon side with the musical fountain at night as well as the ocean & stunning sunset and pool views out the front door. Our favorite part was all the amenities available at The Wharf: 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, putting green, lagoon, musical fountain, kiddie pool, bridges and walkways for the kids to safely roam and explore, and just the overall size of the layout of the resort's outdoor facilities was wonderful especially being jam-packed in a car for 18 hours. Also for covid related social distancing, it was perfect because of the amount of space we could walk around and spread out. The beautiful beach was just across the street and it was a convenient & easy walk from our room. We had a fantastic time here and would love to stay again. Tip: be patient and pack up everything the night before in case you hit elevator issues. During the first week, we we felt like we were the only tourists there and just the year-round residents so we had the whole place to ourselves. The second week, was Christmas and a baseball tourney was in town so it got packed with people causing extremely long waits for the elevator. Be mindful of that. This is not the fault or control of the owners. It caused a delay in our 10am check out so we tipped the cleaning lady extra. Overall, thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Thanksgiving trip

We had an enjoyable experience. Check-in was super easy. Communication was great. The condo was comfortable although it could have been cleaner. The resort had a lot to offer, even in the off-season. I appreciate the owner listing the condo for a fair price (without adding ridiculous fees like many others do). We would stay there again.

Overall very well !

Check in we were very confused because on the check-in info it says we are allowed to go to the pool or beach if we arrive early and to get parking passes from security. We went to security when we got there and asked for passes, they were very very rude and said they didn’t have them they were in our room. We also had to get a luggage cart from security and again the lady was very rude. The security lady told us that we weren’t allowed to use the pools before check-in and we couldn’t use their private beach access but we could find a different one. The staffing of Laketown Wharf were all very very rude, not sure if it was because we are young or what but I’d never been to Florida before and was hoping to have a really good time but the people kinda just turned me away, not sure Id go back to Florida. On the bright side, the room was very very nice! Pictures do no justice and we were right in the middle of everything! Some of the people even left things like plastic silverware and dishwasher pods for us so we returned the favor and left trash bags and paper plates :). I would totally recommend staying at this place and we would probably go back if the people weren’t so rude.

Was not cleaned.

Was extremely disappointed. Condo was not cleaned properly at all. Sheets were even dirty!! Told the property manager and he did not even apologize. I was not looking for any kind of reimbursement but an apology would have been nice. There is mold spots throughout condo. Floors never mopped. Everything just looked and felt very dirty. My wife and I had to spend the whole first day cleaning and washing the bedding. Also the elevator situation is terrible!!! We were on the 17th floor and often had to wait 20 minutes for an elevator. Once you get on it stops at every single floor because everyone in the building is trying to get on. Often ended up walking the 17 flights of stairs. Pools were great but overall very unhappy. Will never return.
