    Compramos este espacioso condominio de vacaciones en Panama City Beach hace unos años para poder tener una escapada tropical para disfrutar con nuestra familia y amigos. Seleccionamos la Unidad 1103 debido a su diseño espacioso, techos altos, balcón grande, increíbles vistas del golfo y la piscina climatizada de la laguna. Nuestro condominio es una residencia de dos habitaciones, dos baños, totalmente embaldosada en la playa que puede alojar hasta 8 personas cómodamente. Una cosa que notará de inmediato es el gran balcón accesible desde la sala de estar principal y el dormitorio principal, que ofrece vistas espectaculares de las playas más hermosas del mundo. Para comenzar cada mañana, disfrutamos de tomar nuestro café en el balcón mientras observamos a los delfines o los aguijones jugando en el golfo y terminando nuestras noches con fantásticas puestas de sol. Pasamos mucho tiempo aquí nosotros mismos, y mantenemos que el condominio está decorado para el máximo confort y estilo. Actualizamos todos los electrodomésticos a acero inoxidable, instalamos nuevos gabinetes, fregaderos y grifos en todas partes. This condo was the perfect place for our family vacation! The views were incredible, the décor was beautiful, and every detail made our stay enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing. Jen was a fantastic host who truly cared that we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely to stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect and the views were incredible! It truly felt like a home away from home.Jen was an amazing host. She was so friendly, responsive and communicated with us throughout our stay, making everything so easy. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. We truly could not have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely book this condo again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

Fabulous Condo, Wonderful Stay

Overall, this is a spectacular Condo. Its beautiful, functional, well supplied and we had a wonderful stay. Everything was exceptionally clean, the beds and sheets were great and everything worked as advertised.

This was the best beach vacation experience my family and I have ever had! The property and owners were specular. This place is simply THE BEST and I highly recommend it to anyone. We can’t wait to plan our return stay!

This condo is amazing! It has the best views of the ocean, only steps to the water, has every amenity you could need and the beds and furniture are nice and comfy! The hosts are very communicative and accommodating. Also very clean and updated! We didnt want to leave! We will definitely be back!

The Condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and amazing views. Easy communication with the host, she made sure we had everything and let us know to contact her if we needed anything. We love the location, the elevators are never slow or too crowded and the beach and pool area are quiet and not crowded either. Very family friendly, especially since we were there for spring break. Looking forward to booking in the future.

Best Condo on the Beach

We have been coming to PCB for over 40 years and this by far was the absolute best condo we ever stayed in. The condo was absolutely gorgeous! We had so much room for all of our family and it was so open and clean! The owners were the absolute best to work with…communicated with us about everything from the moment we booked! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Such a relaxing place to stay! The views are breathtaking, the rooms are clean&spacious, and the condo is decorated beautifully! We really enjoyed our stay here (so much so this was actually our second time staying here!) &we are already looking forward to staying here again in the future! Jen is such a great host! She was super helpful and accommodating! If you are considering booking here, DO IT, you won't regret it!

BEAUTIFUL!!

The condo was amazing! Comfy beds and furniture. Also very clean. The view is amazing!! The resort is very convenient for families. Easy access from parking lot to elevators. Easy access from pool to beach. We visit Panama City twice a year and have been doing so for years. This is the nicest place we’ve ever stayed at.

Best Unit We Have Ever Rented

This unit is to die for !!! Gorgeous view, comfortable living space, plenty of room for a family to gather. The unit is very clean, well furnished and had everything that we needed for the week.

Great views of the gulf

We stayed in this unit in December, so it was pretty low key which is what we wanted. The unit is decorated and updated nicely. The views of the gulf are amazing. The owner was very easy to work with and checked into to see if everything was going ok. We have no complaints and would stay again.

Gorgeous Unit

We have stayed in different units within this building for the last 7 years, and 1701 is by far the best one. It was impeccably clean and fully stocked with the essentials and beyond. The beautiful view from the floor to ceiling windows is unmatched. The owner maintained excellent communication, and we can’t wait to book here again in the future!

Great Place to Stay

This may be the best condo we have stayed at in Panama City Beach. This condo is decorated and maintained to high standards. Jen made booking easy and responded to any questions in a timely manner. The only thing we didn't like, was we were not able to stay longer. Thanks Jen for sharing your place.

5 stars isn’t enough. AMAZING!!

Everything about this listing is perfect. Immaculate condo that looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Although the images don’t fully do justice to the view from the full wall of windows looking out over the gulf. Owner is very quick to respond to any questions, even suggested local favorites to eat. We are already planning our return trip and can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Best Stay Ever!

This property is absolutely phenomenal! The pictures do not do it justice. Spacious, clean, and bright, this place exceeded our expectations. The view was amazing and it’s right on the beach. We enjoyed spacious pool and had no trouble with easy parking. Jen was amazing to work with and communicated and answered all of our questions. We only wished we could’ve stayed longer! We will definitely be booking this property again!

Even better than it seems

Sometimes with pictures, you aren't sure what you are going to get. This property far exceeded expectations in all ways. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything you needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The host was amazing to work with as well providing some really great recommendations in the area for families. The pool and beach areas were flawless as well and the residents and other guests were very courteous. You can book this property and then relax knowing that everything is going to be great.

This house was easily one of the most beautiful units we have ever stayed in at the beach. It was incredibly clean, well maintained, and well laid out. Our group had room to spread out and stay comfy. The massive floor to ceiling windows really put you “on” the beach. The balcony was perfect to enjoy the cool air and sounds of the ocean at night. The grounds were very well kept and constantly patrolled by the property managers. The parking lot was very nice, well lit, and quiet. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The owner was incredibly nice, prompt, and quick to respond to any questions. We had an amazing time and will be back.

Beautiful Condo

My family and I stayed 6 nights in Jen's beautiful condo March 2023. From the moment you walk in, you will never want to leave. Everything is gorgeous: the view, the decor, the comfortable couch and beds, the showers in the masters, the cute bowls, plates and coffee mugs, the pool and private access to the beach.. I could go on and on but find out for yourself. We also were very lucky the weather was 70's and sunny most of our stay. Jen's communication is top notch. We cannot wait to come back.

There are places you visit, and then there are places that become part of your family’s story. From the moment we walked through the door, the breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows drew us in. The panoramic views of the Gulf weren’t just beautiful—they were the backdrop for conversations, laughter, quiet reflection, and my virtual meetings. Since I worked during part of our vacation, our family walked the beach at sunrise and sunset.   Watching the sun rise and set over the emerald water, listening to the calming rhythm of the waves, and simply being present together reminded us that the best vacations don’t just help you escape life—they help you reconnect with what matters most. The location was perfect. Whether we wanted to explore local attractions, enjoy great restaurants, shop, pick up groceries, or simply spend time on the beach or at the pool, everything was conveniently nearby.  What truly set this experience apart was our host. She didn’t just provide accommodations—she provided hospitality. Her thoughtful suggestions for restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and activities made planning easy. Her communication was exceptional, and both check-in and checkout were seamless. We arrived expecting a beautiful penthouse. We left with unforgettable memories, photos, and a renewed appreciation for slowing down, soaking in the view, and making time for the people you love. We’ll absolutely be back.

We will be back!

Jen’s place was awesome. The condo is very well described on the website and I highly recommend this place for families or even a few couples. The 3 large bedrooms each with a bathroom and TV in them makes this a very comfy place. The decor was light/bright and the views were stunning. We had one minor issue when we were there with the floors but Jen addressed it ASAP. 5 stars overall for this condo The chair rental service that comes with the condo is very nice, also. It helps not having to lug chairs/umbrellas to beach….a very nice perk.

Great Week in Sterling 1701!

The week we spent in Sterling Beach 1701 more than met our expectations. The condo is very tastefully decorated, and the blue accents throughout are gorgeous. Of course, it goes without saying that the views from the floor to ceiling windows on the top floor are to die for. We particularly enjoyed the rain shower heads after a day on the beach. I think this is the nicest unit we have stayed in at Sterling (we have rented there for 12 plus years). Jen is a great host and communication was excellent. We will definitely consider renting this unit again in the future.
