This property was nothing short of amazing! This was one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was just as described and every room was fully stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again!

We cant say enough. Was perfect for my wife and I for our 10-year anniversary. Very spacious!Has just about everything you could imagine from spices to everything you could possibly need in a kitchen. Beach gear was also great. A nice wagon, umbrella and 4 chairs that worked out so well at the beach.Wifi speeds were amazing...well over 450mbps for download speeds can stream and do anything for your intetnet needs. Cable service also had tons...although we barely used it. Beach access and location couldnt be better. Right behind Pineapple Willies which is absolutely perfect. Walmart right behind resort is also really nice. Also had really nice pools on site as well. The beach itself was immaculate! Cant believe the cost is so affordable! We had a wonderful 10 year anniversary here and would recommend to everyone!

Very clean, lots of amenities, owner replies to all my questions very promptly. I’ve stayed in lake town wharf multiple times in the last 10 years and this was the cleanest & most beautiful unit I’ve gotten to stay in. My kids enjoyed all the touches as well, games, coloring books. The kitchen was amazing and stocked with good cooking supplies (pans, pots, etc) and plates & cups. Also traveling with kids was nice they had extra cleaning supplies to keep up with any messes my children made. Thank you for allowing us to stay here.

We loved this condo! It had everything we needed and more! They had all kinds of small things that made the stay perfect. The only detractor was the elevators, just not enough for the size of the building, but we didn’t have too many issues. Overall, a great value for what we paid! Easy access to the beach and lots to do on the property as well!

Best experience I’ve had through booking for a vacation. The condo was so clean and nice. Felt just like home. Kelly was so helpful through the whole process, honestly it was the best costumer service I’ve ever experienced. Book the trip you won’t regret it!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The balcony provided a great view, and the unit was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely try to come back again. However, there was a slight issue with the elevator; you might have to wait for it at certain times of the day.

Such a lovely condo with a beautiful view

This trip was to celebrate our youngest grandson's 13th birthday. He had never flown or been to the ocean & has always liked to stay on the highest floors of hotels. He was totally amazed by the condo & the view and all that we did in Panama City Beach. Everything was perfect.

Very impressed with this unit. Extremely clean (I've been going to PCB for over 40 years and this was the cleanest, most well-stocked condo I've ever stayed in!). Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and felt more like a home than a condo rental. Close to restaurants (a number of which are on the property itself), quite a few attractions, and right across the street from Walmart. My granddaughter (age 12) and I had a wonderful time. Amazing views

Great place everything as described property manager responds quickly to questions the only complaint I have is there seem to not have enough elevators for the amount of people at the resort and the beaches are a tad bit crowded other then that great place

Incredible View and Easy Access

My wife and I enjoyed the balcony with the view of the Gulf throughout each day. Easy Access to the beach. Great pool options. The condo exceeded all expectations.

Super lovely condo

Thanks for letting us your lovely and super complete equipped condo. This is by far the best thing about the whole resort. We appreciated the beach equipment as well. Responses to our questions were really fast.

Beachview condo

I loved the condo. It was adorable and.helped me feel at home on my first solo mom/son vacation. The only negative was how loud the AC unit is licking on and off. My son ended up in the master bedroom with me as the utility closet is on that bink room

Fantastic!

It was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. Perfectly decorated and was stocked with all the essentials. I had a couple questions because the complex was so busy when we got there, being Spring Break and the owner was super quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great Place

We had a great mini trip to the beach. I was injured and couldn’t leave the room but it was easy for my mom to take my son around the property. We were able to have a grocery delivery and had no issues getting Door Dash deliveries.

Great place!

The condo was great! Love how it was decorated and we had everything we needed during the stay. The host was amazing and fast at responding back to questions. Location was right across from the beach and across from pineapple Willy’s which was great!

The unit was just as the pictures showed. The unit was nicely decorated, up-to-date and was very clean. Clise to groceries, restaurants and golf.
