Another Great Vacation

We have stayed at Nautical Watch for years. This room at least twice. Pool area is great, short walk to the beach, and the property always cozy and quiet.

Wonderful vaca

This is the 4th year thst we stayed in the condo. It is a wonderful location for what we like at PCB. It is a quiet facility. They keep the grounds so neat and clean. The pool is always clean. The condo itself is like a second home to us now. It is clean and well stocked with items we need.

Great Condo

The condo was very clean and well decorated. It had everything we could have possibly needed. The pool was literally about 10 feet outside our sliding glass door! We couldn’t have been any closer to the beach, either. A very short walk. You can park right outside your unit, so bringing in groceries and unpacking luggage is a breeze! Communication was awesome!

Last Minute Family Vacation

Decided about a month out we wanted to visit Panama City Beach where we had friends staying at Watercrest next door. We didn’t need more than a one bedroom with two young kids. Everything was amazing. Easy booking, check-in, and communication. Loved that we were ground level with easy access to beach or the pool. Our friends made their way over a night to grill and they loved it too. Perfect size and property. Many planned to share with others how great it was. Appreciated the cooler, beach chairs and towels. Since we flew it was a purchase we didn’t have to make while down there. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful Weather

The owner of the condo was very helpful and let us know about the weather and conditions in Panama because we were arriving on September 30 right after Hurricane hit Florida . Condo was nice as always and weather was Beautiful we visit Panama every year and love the location of Nautical Watch

Wonderful time

This was the second time that we stayed in this unit . We loved it so much last year that we booked it again. The complex is located near good restaurants which we enjoy. I really like it being so near the pool. It is a small complex and was very quiet both times. I will try to book it again next year

Pool view, easy beach access. Only one issue no TP in room luckily I had brought some. Had electrical issues but manager fixed quickly. Still 10/10.

Perfect vacs

This was the 3rd year that we stayed in the unit. It is perfect for the two of us. We previously stayed in high rises with lots of people and we are over that . I love the proximity of this unit to the pool area. It is so nice to park right outside the door. And the unit itself just feels like home. The property is so nice and quiet. I cannot say anything bad about it

TV went out on Wednesday evening. Owner came out on Thursday but could not get it working between her and cable company. Cable company did a reset no success. Text owner Friday still not working told her no need to come out as we were leaving early Saturday

SO close to the beach!!

The entrance was a little hidden so make sure you watch for it. The condo was VERY close to the beach. We loved how close we were to St. Andrews. It was quiet and relaxing. Pool was cool to have right outside the patio. It was a cute condo and pretty clean except for the bathtub needed to be rinsed out and under the bed looked like it hadnt been swept in a while. The dishwasher broke right before our trip (which was miserable because we placed a large walmart order to cook a bunch of stuff instead of eating out) so handwashing everything was horrible. The owners did offer small refund but not worth the time I spent washing dishes in my opinion. Our door didnt work for a second but the owners answered immediately (the problem solved itself) so that was good to know they were readily available. None of this is enough to make us not want to stay again. We did love it and enjoy our time and would come back again. Its perfect for a great getaway.
