Nice stay

The location was great, the rooms were clean, but anywhere a dollar could be saved, they definitely did it. The air couldn’t be put down lower than 72, the trash bags would rip with any weight, and the living room furniture was very outdated and uncomfortable and their beach access was NOT handicap accessible. Overall good stay really close to ocean but definitely needs some updates.

Condo complaint

The TV in the master BR did not work the box was broke. The ceiling fan in the LR was also broken. The lightening in the entire condo was terrible and we could not even play any board or card games with our kids. We only have three lamps. There was also no light on the balcony. The location and elevators were great. We called and spoke with the property manager which brought a new coffee pot although did not take the old one and he was like yeah we will have to get a new box for the TV and the ceiling fan is broke and will not be fixed till the 10th. I just think the communication was poor. We go with our families and with no lightening we could not even enjoy our evenings.

Last Minute Trip

We booked this condo on a last minute trip for fall break. Upon arrival the Air Conditioning wasn't cooling, the hot water came out of the faucets milky, the couch was worn out not only for sitting but the pull out was broken. We still got it out to sleep on but it was a task to get it out and in nightly. The property management was responsive, but the condo definitely needs some attention and updating to make it nice. Emerald Beach is a fantastic condo location, and we stay here often, just this unit was not really that great.

Very nice place

The place was clean and very nice! We absolutely loved the amenities and all the stuff to do with the kids. The condo was spacious and had great decor. We would stay at this place again!! Thank you for such an amazing place to stay and make memories with the family!!

Family vacation

We stayed a week nice view, close to elevator, overall Nice place, but needs a few minor repairs before things get to costly. And cleaning crew needs to do better job in the master bath there was blood splatter over wall by toilet, looks like someone had a nose bleed and blew it on wall.

Do not stay here. There is roaches. Kids would not eat there cause of the roaches.

Will not stay here again. The floors was dirty. You had to wear shoes or socks, to keep your feet clean. There was roaches everywhere. Kids would not eat there for fear of a roach getting in there food. I should not had to paid a cleaning deposit for a dirty condo. Over price need to fix patio door where it can open better.

Dark condo with cockroaches

We get there, walk in and there is a cockroach running across from the bunks. We ended up killing more than 10 the week we stayed. We didnt notify anyone about this because we didnt want them to spray while we were staying. There were no overhead lights in the dining room , living room or small bedroom(which has no natural light coming in). Microwave door handle was broken on one side, it also sounds like it's going to explode when you run it. The furniture had dust on it, I'm not a clean freak, so for me to notice it, it had to be bad. There has been no upkeep (touch up paint, broken stuff fixed, deep clean) in a long time. I went to grab a plastic container for leftovers and there was old food left on it that had molded. Of course the door for the porch was horrible, but I was prepared for that from previous reviews. Overall it was horrible for how expensive it was. Now we know why our room was ready at 10 a.m. because they don't really Clean it. I NEVER leave reviews. I had to for this stay. Also, we didn't try to get In touch with anyone to fix anything while we were there because we were hardly in the room, we were on the ballfield 5 out of 7 days so it wasn't worth the hassle.

Neglected property

Thus property has not been kept well. There were alot of things that needed fixing. The balcony door was extremely hard to open. The lighting in the place was terrible. The biggest problem I had with was the Roach bugs.

Overall good experience

We had an overall enjoyable stay. The unit could’ve used a good sweep and mopping prior to arrival. Everything was cover in sand and dirt.

It was okay not worth the price I paid.

Our stay was 5 days we enjoyed the beach but weren’t very pleased with our condo. The tub was dirty, the floors felt mucky & the door to the patio didn’t have a good seal so there was a whistling all night long in the main bedroom ended up having to move to the other room. Our blinds to the big scenery window where broken, the windows where super dirty also. The TVs are super outta date & the microwave is super loud. There was some cosmetic issues also… the ceiling had a big spot of peeling paint & the fridge had a lot of rust on it. I just don’t think the condo was worth the money we paid for it.

Cute unit…. Not all amenities at the resort were available

My family and I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. We chose this specific property due to it having the tiki bar for adults and the beach style entry pool for the kids to enjoy. The negative side is: The tiki bar was NEVER open, the roof top pool was also closed. They will not allow you to take coolers into the pool area either even though the tiki bar is closed. The property only had 1 (small) working hot tub as the other was not even warm and had no working jets….. The oven stopped working the 2nd night of our stay. The door to the balcony was EXTREMELY hard to open! The second bedroom had no overhead lighting only a lamp on each side that was very dim so the room was very dark and hard to see inside. The positive: The arcade was nice for the kids and the little ice cream parlor located at the sky ridge was nice as the owner was super friendly and even gave us a free scoop after we left the pool one night. The beds are comfy and it was nice having a big table to eat at. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having a little surf shop and Starbucks on the premises was very convenient. Elevator wait times were not bad at all and I love they have an escalator to speed things up if you don’t want to wait on the elevator. Most of the negatives were small and resort issues not unit or owner issues. Cute place and good location.

Overall ok

It's was overall ok. Wasn't the cleanest and a lot of things didn't work or were broke. Location was toward the end of everything. Pools are great and so was the beach access. Easy check in and out. However to expensive for what you get

July stay

Other than a few issues with parking and elevators we really enjoyed our stay. We were on the 15th floor and about 2 days into our stay, it seemed the buttons were not working on the elevator. Not having a place to park the golf cart is a problem if that is one of the things you like to do when there. We weren’t able to ride it as much due to having no place to park it. The room was overall clean, except for a few cans/bottles left on the dresser and bedside table. Very spacious and accommodating. We had 6 people and it was not crowded at all. Great size balcony.

Nice condo, awesome ocean front view.

Nice property. Would be great if the appliances were a little more updated. Kitchen needs more silverware and mixing bowls. Balcony has an awesome view, but one of the chairs broken and the others need to be replaced. Really like that it has a washer and dryer.. Overall we liked the condo. Would definitely stay here again. Elevators were pretty fast. Starbucks is very convenient. The convenience store inside the building was nice.
