We had a nice stay overall! The condo was clean, the beach was peaceful, and Nancy was super responsive and easy to communicate with. A few small things could be improved—there was no hot water in the kitchen which was tough with a baby, the caulk around the toilet in the primary bathroom was pretty nasty, and under the beds and couch could use a deeper clean. Parking wasn’t great for a second vehicle, and the overflow parking situation was frustrating. Most restaurants are a short drive away, but we really enjoyed the laid-back beach vibe and appreciated how quiet and relaxing it was.

Our stay at this hotel was Fantastic! We were there for 4 nights 5days, and throughout our stay, we had a blast! For the fact that I can see the beach from my 17th floor bed, get out of the beach go into the Jacques or pool I love it a lot. Everything you need is in this room (pots, plates, cups, blender, stove, refrigerator, etc), the interior decors are beautiful! The beds are so comfortable to sleep. And i recommend this to anyone out there that you will love it and enjoy your every bit of your money.

Beautiful Room

Fabulous! Room is everything and more! Elevators are fast and the location is great. We enjoyed staying here very much & Nancy is a pleasure to work with. She responds right away and that is a plus for me. We will definitely be coming back.

Perfect Everything

The process to secure our stay was simple. As soon as we booked, i was contacted by the host to offer her assistance with anything we might need or have questions on. Once we arrived I was very pleasantly suprised. The location was just 20 minutes from the airport. Within a mile or two was a grocery store, numerous restaurants and souvenir shops. Parking spot was on the second level, steps away from the elevator. The condo itself, pool and beach, again steps away from the elevator. The condo was equiped with everything you may need. I would most definately stay here again and I'm pretty picky. Already trying to find dates to return. EXCELLENT!

Beautiful Condo!

We had an amazing stay at this condo. It’s just as pictured and came with everything we needed. I especially loved the air fryer! There’s even a buffet table with wine and drinking glasses. Loved having access to a broom and vacuum to keep it clean throughout the stay. Any questions or concerns were immediately answered by Nancy who was wonderful to us throughout the entire stay and leading up to our arrival. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Condo

This condo is located on the West side of Panama City Beach so the traffic wasn’t as bad and the beach wasn’t quite as crowded. It is the only condo for a little bit with some houses on either side, so the beach wasn’t as crowded as lots of places. There are Public beach accesses on either side, but they wouldn’t let anyone set up tents in front of the beach chairs, so that helped out a lot. We loved that the beach chairs were included with the rental of this condo and that the balcony was deep! The deep balcony allowed for storage of sandy items and it was nice to be able to eat outside at the table while listening to the waves. Even as a family of 5 this condo was large enough that we all had plenty of space. The laundry room is right as you enter the condo and was large enough to store our wagon, which was nice to keep from getting sand all in the condo. The drying rack with clothes pins on the balcony was also very useful. Nancy was extremely communicative and easy to work with. Our only “complaint” was that the parking garage is extremely tight making it hard to make turns in a larger vehicle, but it was doable. All in all, we loved our stay here and can’t wait to go back!

Review

It was our first time visiting Panama City beach and I’m glad we rented this condo! It was perfect. The view was amazing and it was easy to get from the condo straight to the beach. Especially with a 1 and 4 year old. Condo looked just like the pictures and we loved it! Will definitely be booking again when we come back.

Great Beach View in 23 story building

The good: The condo was clean and updated as in the pictures. That balcony was huge with a great ocean front view and it has a table with chairs and 2 lounge chairs. Everything worked as it should on the inside. The bad: The maximum capacity at the the pool is I believe 35 is what the sign said.

Best Condo we’ve ever

We had a great stay. It is one of the best condo’s we’ve ever stayed in. The condo is cute, clean, and well maintained. We saw a ton of wildlife from the balcony. The Property Owner provides great customer service. We will definitely stay here again.

I’m very picky about where we stay at on vacation and Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Nancy was very responsive and quick. Their condo is extremely nice and is as described. Our kids loved the games inside the condo. Cleanliness was A++. We had all we needed from trash bags, to ice, to washer detergent and dryer sheets, etc. The air fryer was a major plus as we have small kids. If you don’t book here, you are missing out. Kid friendly, adult friendly. Everything you needed was nearby. We made sure to tidy up as best as we could to keep their condo clean. I look forward to booking with you guys again.
