**Hotel Property:**
The staff was very friendly and helpful, particularly the parking attendants who assisted with the limited parking situation. For a 4-bedroom condo, it was frustrating that some units clearly had two designated parking spots while we were only assigned a single designated parking spot. Fortunately, they have additional parking across the street that is free. The main thing is that this hotel doesn't have any baggage trollies. This was very disappointing considering how many guests they receive and the inconvenience of carrying all the bags to the hotel room.
We had an issue with the smoke detector batteries dying and found it difficult to reach property management by phone. It would have been better if they clearly communicated that texting is the best way to contact them. Once we texted, maintenance arrived quickly and resolved the issue. The property itself doesn’t offer many amenities, but it’s great if you're primarily looking for beach access. Ice is overpriced.
**The Room:**
Cleaning was very basic, with dust everywhere above and below eye level. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the pillows were so thin we had to stack all the extras just to get some neck support. I didn’t get the rest I needed because of this. The furniture could definitely use some updating, and the ceiling fan seemed unstable, making me worry it might fall. The AC control panel was barely attached to the wall, adding to the feeling that the room needed better maintenance.
