Our condo was amazing and very clean!!! The view was breathtaking!!! The condo was equipped with everything you would need to cook and have all meals on site. So much was in walking distance for us and young children.The only negative about this is that we were on the 16th floor and 95% of the time, only 1 of the 3 elevators were working and it made for long wait times and other unhappy visitors.Don’t let the elevator issues discourage you from staying here as again, the views made up for it and our vacation was absolutely wonderful! We will def stay here again!!

What a perfect spot for our vacation! The condo was great with everything we needed. Communication was good and check in was effortless. The fact that it wasn’t overcrowded like other places nearby was an added bonus. We had a great family vacation here, and we highly recommend it!

We had such a great time. Watching the dolphins swim by in the morning from the balcony was fantastic!! Plenty of room for our group of 8. Checking in/out was easy as can be. Overall, we were elated about the place.

The room…wonderful! The hot tub…great! The pools…very nice!The parking situation…not. The description of parking was a bit misleading. I understand that is partly my fault for not reading between the lines. The overflow parking lot was small and on a “first come” basis and for the second parking pass only. Our additional vehicles had to park almost 2 miles away in paid parking service. We were asked to move our umbrellas from the shore line (which was well away from their “property line”) by staff, who in general were not very personable in my opinion.

Amazing Stay

This condo is very spacious, absolutely beautiful and has amazing views! Gorgeous balcony and balcony furniture. Communication with the owners was very easy! Fans were in closets of bedrooms - which was GREAT! Would definitely stay here again!!!

**Hotel Property:** The staff was very friendly and helpful, particularly the parking attendants who assisted with the limited parking situation. For a 4-bedroom condo, it was frustrating that some units clearly had two designated parking spots while we were only assigned a single designated parking spot. Fortunately, they have additional parking across the street that is free. The main thing is that this hotel doesn't have any baggage trollies. This was very disappointing considering how many guests they receive and the inconvenience of carrying all the bags to the hotel room. We had an issue with the smoke detector batteries dying and found it difficult to reach property management by phone. It would have been better if they clearly communicated that texting is the best way to contact them. Once we texted, maintenance arrived quickly and resolved the issue. The property itself doesn’t offer many amenities, but it’s great if you're primarily looking for beach access. Ice is overpriced. **The Room:** Cleaning was very basic, with dust everywhere above and below eye level. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the pillows were so thin we had to stack all the extras just to get some neck support. I didn’t get the rest I needed because of this. The furniture could definitely use some updating, and the ceiling fan seemed unstable, making me worry it might fall. The AC control panel was barely attached to the wall, adding to the feeling that the room needed better maintenance.

Great property

We loved the property. It was large and comfy. The beds were not as comfortable as we had hoped, but they were okay. The view was magnificent and it was convenient to everything. We laughed necause we couldnt find the 3rd bathroom, but it was there! Overall, a great place.

Girls trip

Condo was very nice and well equipped. Loved the huge balcony and all the seating. It was also nice to have an assigned parking spot. Will definitely be staying again.
