We absolutely enjoyed this property. From the location to the amenities and comfort of feeling like you’re at home this condo exceeded our expectations. Keish was very prompt in getting back to us the day of check in. We will definitely be staying with this owner again in the future.

Overall, this was one of the nicer condos that I've stayed at. The inclusion of the beach chairs and umbrella rental is a huge plus. The bed is a little on the firm side for me. But this is a personal preference. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Good property to stay at amazing owner who is very communitive with you if anything arises only thing I didn’t like was the pools were a lot smaller then depicted and only 4 ft deep.

The location on the 5th floor is perfect resulting in very little wait time on the elevators. The unit is wonderfully decorated and very clean and updated. But best of all, the Owner was incredibly responsive and helpful and intent on making our stay the best it could be. Highly recommend this condo and this Owner. We will 100% be back!

What a delightful “home” away from home! Beautifully maintained with all the amenities we needed to enjoy our week at the beach, including two beach chair setups with umbrella next to the ocean. Located directly on the beach where we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Very short distance to St. Andrews State Park. shopping, and great seafood!

The unit was very clean, well decorated! The added benefits such as beach service, 5th floor, additional outlet plugs, Direct TV all made the stay that much more enjoyable. Keish was excellent to deal with! Thank you!

Had a great spring break. One disappointing thing was the boardwalk was closed that takes you from the pool to the ocean. There were people working on it all week so I’m sure it will be fixed soon. Until than you have to walk around schooners to get to the ocean. It’s still super close. We loved the sunsets off the balcony. Definitely a wonderful location away from the very busy area of Panama City beach. I would stay here again.

Booked this unit for a short stay with my daughter for spring break. I was VERY surprised when we walked in and saw the unit had been renovated! For a one bedroom, the unit was very spacious, and the views from the balcony were amazing. The VERY short walk to the beach chairs was one of my favorite parts as were the very fast elevators. Having Schooners right next door was perfect as we didn't have to leave the condo to eat out! Working with Kiesh was absolutely amazing! He was very responsive to texts and calls. He really wanted to make sure we had an wonderful trip. I 100% recommend booking his condo. We will definitely be back!
