Family Vacation in FL

We had a nice stay at this condo. The view of the ocean is beautiful and you can see the pool from the balcony and still hear the waves even up on the 8th floor. The beds were comfortable and it had everything that we needed. The only drawbacks were very few bath towels, no extra chairs or beach toys for the kids, and no spices/salt pepper in the kitchen. I waited in line early each day around 7:30-8am to get front row beach chairs from the building. If you don’t mind a 2nd row or farther back then you don’t have to get up and wait each day. I wish they wouldn’t allow other people to set up their beach chairs in front of the chairs and umbrellas from the building. The condo was nicely decorated and clean except for the floors-our white socks kept getting brown. I didn’t bother to report this while we stayed because we were only there for a short time. The family room remote didn’t work but the manager sent someone to fix it the same day and they were very helpful any time I had questions particularly about check out and parking. I was able to contact them via phone and text and was very happy with their service. We came in a large passenger van and I was able to park in the first few spaces of the basement garage.

This location and unit was great, unit was very clean and communication with booking agent was very good and answered every question that i had. Would definitely stay here again. We didn't want to leave and stayed and extra night.

What a beautiful condo! The ocean front views, the furniture, the location! Plus so clean. I am a clean queen and I truly didn't find a single flaw. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming to visit PCB. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect 2 weeks

Worked remotely for 2 weeks. Weather was a bit chilly and windy at times, but the 3BR,3BA condo was perfect for visiting friends. The kitchen was well provisioned, wonderful balcony with plenty of furniture for everyone to sit, elevators are fast, and internet very reliable. We ate at the restaurant & karaoke bar across the street several times and enjoyed the beach service chairs & umbrellas on sunny days. Parking was very easy on level 3 with the skybridge. I highly recommend renting this condo.

Great stay!

My second stay at Aqua - This is a Beautiful unit and well maintained. Had several appliances like a Keurig and Crock Pot that I appreciated and many pots, pans, casserole and Tupperware types of things that made me happy. Also was happy I did not have to ask for extra towels, sheets or blankets. Had everything we needed and the quality worked for us. Management company went out of their way to over communicate and very pleased with our stay and experience. If anything to point out the building is large and in a higher density area overall - so you get what comes with that. Pros - this is a great area that is walkable to lots of things that our adult children enjoyed and gave everyone options to do what they like to do. Also, I thought the beach/chair crew was super polite and hard working:).

Great PCB Condo

Location was perfect. 1/2 mile from Pier Park. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in either direction within 1 mile. Beaches were perfect. Pools were great and faced the beach for added pleasure. All condo amenities were perfect, just as described. Gas grills available and perfectly cleaned. Added bonus of the Air show right in front of our building was super. Thanks again for your help honest descriptions of the property.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful spacious condo. It was perfect for our family. Everyone got their own bedroom and bathroom. We watched the fireworks on New Years Eve from the balcony!! Communication with the property manager was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful

My family and I loved this beautiful 3 bed/3bath rental. The furnishings were not only aesthetically pleasing but comfortable as well. This is right in the beach with great patio furniture/table. We did have issues with the Keurig working but the owner was super responsive and provided a replacement very quickly. Normally you may have a condo with some basic starters like salt/pepper etc., but in this instance be aware you will need to buy all basics. The kitchen however was well stocked with plates/cups/silverware/cookware. There were only 2 hangers for the closets. A note for anyone bringing elderly family members or those who can’t walk well: parking is only across the street and there is a connecting sky bridge but it can be quite a walk. We ended up dropping off family by the elevators to help with this. The beach access does have ramps but they do not go all the way down to the beach, there are additional stairs. The pools and hot tub are very nice and my sons enjoyed the workout room with steam room. Super convenient to have the beach chair service. We enjoyed our stay ver much and highly recommend!
