The condo offers:

The bunk room has a set of bunk beds (double bed and single), a closet, a 2nd full bath, and a stackable washer and dryer.

The spacious living room offers a queen pull-out sofa and a large 65" TV.

The eat-in kitchen is well-equipped with a Keurig and regular coffee makers, a toaster oven, an ice maker, air-fryer, blender, rice cooker, plus all you need to prepare and serve a meal. Indoor and outdoor dining tables and chairs are also provided. All new appliances 2025.

The balcony offers a dining table and chairs for 4, two Adirondack chairs, and two swinging chairs.

Once your reservation is confirmed and before your arrival, you will receive a unique access code that unlocks the door to your condo. This personalized code ensures that only you and your guests have access, offering both security and peace of mind as you relax and enjoy your stay.

Parking & Wristbands

An additional $81.00 parking fee applies per vehicle.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive a link to reserve your parking pass and wristbands. The current fee is $81.00 per visit, per vehicle, set by the resort (not the property owner).

Self Check-In & Amenities Access

Check-in is self-service, but you must reserve your parking pass before arrival. Wristbands provide access to all resort amenities, including the fitness center, heated indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor lagoon-style pool, and direct beach access. Please note: garage clearance is 7 feet.

Resort Rules & Guest Requirements

To maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests:

No pets or parties are allowed on the premises.

All guests must be 25 years or older, and age verification will be required at check-in.

Wristbands must be worn at all times when using resort facilities.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. Designated smoking areas are available on-site.

Upon check-in, you'll receive wristbands that grant access to our exclusive amenities. We regret to inform you that pets and parties are not permitted on the premises. To ensure a tranquil atmosphere, bookings are restricted to guests aged 21 and older, and age verification will be conducted during check-in.
