Great place to stay. So nice you can walk right out of the condo onto the beach. Also liked that the pool was clean and nice to have when the waves were to big.

The owner of the condo was amazing. I had forgotten the door code and he texted it to me immediately. Condo is very clean with amazing views of the ocean. Will definitely stay here again!!

Cute place!

Check in was super easy. Communication with Kenny was great he reaponded very quickly. The unit was perfect for my and my husband. We are laid back people and didn’t need anything fancy! The space was just what we needed!

Much needed vacay!

The grounds were wonderful. Condo was good and perfect size for us. The only complaint that is not the owners issue is the slow elevators and construction that was going on. I would stay here again without hesitation! Kenny was great. Communication was wonderful.

Thanks for letting us stay in your condo it had everything we need and was great. The room was clean everything we used worked as should. Alot of fun things to do and eat in walking distance. We’ll stay here again.

Great place right on the beach. The description of the condo is accurate and met expectations. Staff is friendly and professional. I would definitely stay again. They are strict on only people staying on the property being allowed to enter. I appreciated that. It was a convenient and quiet stay for a weekend getaway.

Unit Clean but Dated....

The primary purpose of our stay was to soak up the sun on the beach and by the pool and the building provided all of that. I suspect the building was built in the 80's or 90's and our unit showed its age. Again, sun and fun were the purpose but some things in the unit left much to be desired.Specifically, the bath tub was delaminating and was so slippery it was necessary to put a towel in the bottom to stop us from slipping and falling. There was a TV in the bedroom but it was inoperable and one of the couch's cushions were filthy.All of the appliances were new and state of the art.The staff at the facility were fantastic and kept the outside perfectly cleaned and enjoyable.In closing....We opted for the lessor expensive of what was available on the beach and will spend more next year for a more modern facility.

Condo was nice. View from the balcony was beautiful. Location was great. Away from the hustle and bustle at the other end of the beach near peir park but still pretty central to everything.

Excellent location and amenities

We loved that everything that we truly needed was in walking distance, and there were so many options right there at the resort!! it was all very clean well maintained, and everyone was very courteous.

A week on the beach

The condo was exactly as described with breathtaking views. Communication with host was also good. Kenny was very prompt responding to any messages i sent. The condo was clean and pretty well kept. The fact that had a washer and dryer was super helpful being on vacation with my husband and 2 kids. I love that it had the bunks for the kids and pretty far from the bedroom for privacy. The property was also pretty well kept. They had security which were very nice and help make kids and i feel more comfortable. The only downside is we were there on spring break and knew it may be a little rowdy but, It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be but still a lot of college kids being loud and partying. Which kept me up a little bit later than I planned a few nights because the restaurants/clubs across the street and well as The vomitron/slingshot. The location of the summit Is perfect walking distance to a lot of Activities, As well as a short drive To ripley's believe it or not, arcades, Mini golf, shopping, A small amusement park and so much more. Only Thing I would do different is probably come a different time of year becauseIt was cold And rainy first couple nights, and Maybe a calmer time of year where could use The hot tubs. They stayed filled with college kids all day and night. As far as the condo maybe some funiture updates and a foam mattress pad, and minor maintenance to bathroom/tub,/ceilings as well as none slip bathmat but, other than that i would definitely stay again

Great condo!

Summit 903

Great view from room. It is an older room. Could use some updating. Was sufficient for our needs. Especially for short notice. Property Manager was very reaponsive and courteous. This room may not be where u want to stay with kids. Some vulgar things were happening on a balcony by the pool. During daylight hours with kids swimming.

Great long weekend

The Summit was great. The tiki bar and bikini bobs are a great addition to vacation. The pool and the beach were clean and fun. Great times!

First time beach stay and loved it

The condo was clean and had a great view of the ocean. Location was good since we weren’t familiar with the area but many places to eat and do where not too far away. The beach was clean and access was easy. Elevator wait was not bad. All in all, very pleased with the condo, the location, and the price.

Summitt

This is one of the first properties on VRBO that we would not return to. The property does need updated. Several things do not work properly. The balcony and view were fabulous. Unfortunately our neighbors smoked. The balcony had a table and chairs. The cushions need replaced but it was nice to have a table. There was not a greeting when we arrived. We have always had a greeting and sometimes a treat. The greeting would include instructions. We had to call Kenny because we couldn't figure out how to lock the door when we left. Kenny answered right away and helped us.

Scam wrong property.

This was very bad. The toilet was dirty. The disposal was broken. The lock on the door was broken. Had someone tell me how to rig it shut. The furniture was dirty and torn. This was not the unit I rented. This should not be overlooked.Totally unacceptable. This was a SCAM’
