Always love Treasure Island Resort. Pool & hot tub are always clean. The ocean view is the absolute best ever! Balcony is large and spacious! Staff was amazing and we always keep coming back! Host was easy to work with, which is always a plus!

Condo was very clean. I even said to my husband that I didn’t have sand on my feet from walking barefoot. That’s rare especially at the beach. Sand gets everywhere. Host was excellent. Communication was also excellent with fast replies and updates. The view from the balcony was perfect. Saw dolphins, rays, and manatees. Would definitely rent again. Thank you for hosting us!

We booked this suite, but they canceled our vacation 1! day before we were to arrive. We had already left and were breaking our trip into two parts. They offered no explanation, and sent a replacement property that was old and dingy-but we had no other option but to accept since it was literally only 1 day before with other properties entirely booked. I would not recommend booking through this company.

Treasure Island stay

We always stay at Treasure Island in PCB. We usually stay in a 3 bedroom, but opted for a 2 bedroom this time. The decor was pretty. Kitchen was well stocked however one dish towel and one dish rag for the week made clean up more difficult and we used way more paper towels. The bathtub needs new calking as it was black and gone in some spots. The master showers door at the base was covered in grime. Not having a bunk bed ladder made it impossible for our 6 year old to get down on her own. The maintenance crew for this agency was quick to respond to fix the drain and door stop, which was much appreciated. For the price, with all the fees, we’ve stayed in nicer and larger units, but it’s by far not the worst! Treasure Island properties were amazing and clean as always!

Construction noise started at 8 am everyday. Hammer drills and sanding right outside the front door for 5 of 7 days. Totally unacceptable when paying this kind of money to stay on the property. This kind or noise should have been scheduled for noon or later, the whole condo would vibrate due to the hammer drill drilling into the concrete of the building.

Nice Comfortable Condo

Only con I would add is that beach chairs were not included with our condo. So, if you are someone who depends on the beach chairs keep in mind they are not included with this condo. With that said everything else was excellent. Very clean when we arrived, beds are comfy, showers were hot and amazing, check in was quick, communication was great!! This condo complex has added secure locks on the gates to the pool and the beach. We loved that very much!! No more wristbands!!

Fall Break 2024

The condo was amazing. Loved the way it was decorated and the beds were comfortable which I think is important for your stay. Convenient location to the places we like to eat at which is Schooners and Patches.

Dirty Room

We have stayed in this exact room before. It was immaculate. Upon arriving this time, the sheets had not been changed because hair was all over them and the sheets were all wrinkled. It was very obvious. They made the bed without changing the sheets. There were finger nail clippings on the coffee table, The floor had not been swept or mopped. The shower was full of hair, Very obvious the shower hadn’t been cleaned. The upside is we called the office and someone came and cleaned the room. I’m good with it as long as they made it right, which they did. We absolutely love staying at Treasure Island. It is our favorite condo and we will return. Just very disappointed that the room was not cleaned. They had fresh towels and all the beds were made, but it was obvious they did as little as possible to make it look like the room had been cleaned

Great stay!

We loved the location and the fact that it was so close to the water. It had everything you could need. Only thing we didn’t love was that the bunks didn’t have a ladder so I wasn’t comfortable with my 5 year old sleeping on it because he had no way down without help! Overall, it was a great stay other than that.

PCB Vacation with family 2024

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The room was great and very big for the amount of people we had. The bunk beds were great for the kids and they loved them. I do suggest some kind of ladder to get up and down from the top bunk. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only problem we had was the battery fell out of the door and was loose and sometimes the push button to input the code would not work and then come back on. We had to get the downstairs office to let us in the room with a key one day because the battery was completely out of it on the inside of the room. We were told it was due to slamming the door, however the door had not been slammed and I know that because it is so heavy to even open there is no way it was slammed. Other than that happening I would still give this room and property a 5 star rating and would stay here again with my family.

Best Place We’ve Stayed

We love this condo and would definitely rent it again. It was nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable beds. We loved the 17th floor balcony because of all the marine life we saw: manatees, dolphins, sting rays, sea turtle and other fish. Also love that it is at the quiet end of PCB.

Great Vacation

The condo was perfect. Our only issue is while we was there the maintaince had to come in twice to work on the fire sprinklers. Just awkard and inconvient.
