Summer vacation

This condo was great ! We had a great time. Condo was clean and very nice . The beds was so comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need .The balcony was huge and had beautiful views . The host was easy to deal with .

Great View…

Condo was great, beds were really comfy. Kitchen has just about anything you’d need. Only complaint would be the needs a little dusting and the Master bathroom tub needs a plug. Otherwise, the facility was nice, everyone staff wise was pleasant and helpful.

This was our 2nd year staying at the Grand Panama and we loved being in tower 1. Close to the beach and right in the middle of where we needed to be. We had a great trip and loved our condo. ❤️

The condo as well as the grounds were super nice. There were people all over the complex cleaning. Pool was scrubbed daily as well as the hallways.

Great condo, but Ants!

Overall great condo. Bed in master is super soft, bunks are pretty firm. Everything in the condo worked, was clean, decorated nicely. Plenty of dishes & cookware. Maybe we just hit the timing right with going back to school, but the beach was not crowded at all. The use of beach chairs, body boards, and sand toys were unexpected and so appreciated. The only problem we encountered was ants. Ants scattered in almost every room. We heard other guests talking about ants as well, so it sounds like a full building problem.

Family Vacation

The four of us enjoyed our stay at the Grand Panama. It was a super nice place and was more updated than the pictures online. The balcony was amazing. The location perfect and close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the great pool side furniture and tiki bar. Thanks for such a great place to enjoy our time in PCB

Amazing

Overall amazing trip. Spent 4 days there. The only issues at all were easily fixed. Emails say there is a card in the room with instructions for parking and pool bands. There was not. I called and left a message and the manager text back within minutes telling me where to go. Then couldn’t find trash shoot and text again no response. Another guest told me where it was. That’s it. Everything else was amazing. Perfect views unbelievably comfortable beds. The location was perfect literally in the middle of everything you will want to do. Spent many hours on the balcony just watching the ocean. Absolutely 10 out 10. Perfect get away during the week it was slow not many people so it was perfect. Thank you for letting use your slice of paradise for the week.

Beautiful view and Peaceful

I can say enough about this place. We loved everything about it. My husband and I brought 4 of our five teenagers and there was plenty of room. The Kitchen had everything we needed as far as pots,pans, cooking utilities, etc. The patio was our favorite place to sit and eat and enjoy the beautiful ocean and scenery. There was enough seating and room on the balcony to accommodate us all and would easily be room for 8 if needed. And there was plenty of room inside to lounge around and hangout if that’s what you’re looking for. If I had one thing I’d change it would be the smell in the master bathroom but we think was just an issue with the toilet. Not unbearable but probably should be looked into as some people are sensitive to smells. Everything else made up for it though and we had the best vacation we’ve ever had!!! We look forward to booking our next vacation and hope to get the same unit.

Everything was great. The Condo was clean. It had everything needed for a great vacation. The pool was cleaned daily. We had a late check in and they were very accommodating. We had no issues or complaints.

This was an excellent property! Beautiful, clean and centrally located.

Would recommend this property to everyone. Beach view was awesome! We had family in tower two as well. The walkover made it so easy. Beautiful clean pool too! We will tell anyone headed to PCB!!

GRAND PANAMA RESORT TOWER 1-807

NICE BUT THIS UNIT WAS NOT THROUGHLY CLEANED WHEN WE CHECKED IN. THE ONLY NOTICEABLE CHANGE WAS THE LINENS ON THE BEDS. THE CARPET AND AREA RUGS WERE VERY DIRTY, THE WALLS ARE DIRTY, SAND RESIDUE WAS STILL ON THE FLOORS IN THE BATHROOM, MOLD STARTED APPEARING IN THE MBR BATHROOM SHOWER AND THE KITCHEN CABINETS AND BATHROOM CABINETS AND VENTS WERE DUSTY. THE LIVING ROOM SOFA AND THE CHAIR WAS OLD AND FADED. THE BALCONY AND BEACH WERE THE BEST. WE HAD TO LEAVE EARLY DUE TO THE PENDING TROPICAL STORM COMING. MY OVERALL OPINION THIS CONDO IS LOSING IT APPEAL BUT THE BEST THING WAS THE BEACH. I JUST WISH THE ROOM WAS CLEANER.

Needs a title review.

Things we liked about this property 1. Location- it was amazing literally steps away from the beach, close to the elevator but not so close that you can hear them. Breathtaking excellent views of the ocean. 2. Central to everything - close to great restaurants, close to a public, could walk to several activities. 3. Excellent WIFI. 4. Always chairs available at the beach 5. Mattresses were very comfortable and the pillows were great. Things that need improvement 1. The condo needs a DEEP clean. Mildew in the shower, dust everywhere, grout, dishes were “sticky”. 2. More dishes/cutlery- if you are going to say it sleeps 8, make sure to have enough so that everyone can eat at the same time 3. More places to sit- in the kitchen area, only 7 spots 4. Furniture needs to be replaced/ updated or new padding added in to it. We loved sitting outside, but the cushions have seen some seasons 5. Toilet paper, paper towel and dishwasher tabs. 1 of each? For the price we paid, maybe throw a few more in there. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again with the above improvements.
