The unit was great. Alittle worn but understandable considering people are hard on the furniture of vacation rentals. The couch bed was surprisingly comfortable. Kitchen has the bare minimum utensil wise but we made it work. The parking spot for the unit is a huge plus. Same level and very easy in and out. If we decide to go back to the shores of panama we would look to stay in this room again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was great and having a parking place on the same floor was amazing!! Elevator wait wasn’t too bad. The pool could have been cleaner but I know that has nothing to do with the room. The room was nice! There was even a wagon full of beach stuff (we didn’t use but was nice it was there). Could use some new toilet seats because the ones there looked a little rough. The master bed was nice, but the kids said the bunkbeds were uncomfortable to sleep on because of the mattress . Overall we would stay here again!

At the end of the day, it was clean!

Let me start with, I am not a pick person when I go on vacation. I like to go just go with the flow and not many things bother me. The location of the condo was great. It was on the beach. You turn in at a red light ( not fighting traffic) next to a circle K (made getting gas easy). The condo has an employee stationed at the gate to flag traffic. This condo is on the 6th floor. Your parking spot is in the 6th floor (super easy to unload your belonging). Checking in and the communication was top notch. There was an issue with our condo bands and parking pass when we checked in. It was after hours (we didn’t get there until 518pm) The emergency on call clerk was NO HELP whatsoever. The VRBO representative called the host and the host was very nice. The solution was communicated in moments. Problem solved!!! The pictures online are old pictures. The furniture is not the same. The condo is in need of a remodel. All the furniture was beat up and well loved. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom were well used with some peeling of the “wood”. The kitchen was clean and all appliances worked as they should. The bed was comfortable and they supplied enough blankets and pillows. The heated pool and hot tub inside the condo was warm but in need of a face lift. Again, they worked as they should. At the end of the day, it was clean I typically don’t spend a lot of time in the condo, except to sleep and shower. So it wasn’t a big deal to me.

Great stay!

Check in was simple and convenient. Was able to get info and door code through text. Condo was available and ready before given time which was a huge blessing! Parking was on same level as room just a few steps away! View was perfect, pool and ocean view. Pool could have been cleaned a little better but it was very busy. Staff members were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

World series

We stayed for 8 nights with a 13 year old and a 3 year old. We were here for a World Series my son was playing in. This was a spacious condo and it was nice the bunk room was an actual small room with a door. Nice location considering the elevators are very busy. The 6th floor is easy to get to. Enjoyed the double balcony and the miraculous view! Thank you for assisting in family memories! Would stay again!

Highly recommend this condo and resort we’ve stayed at others and this rated number one place was clean which is important to us did have issues with the TV and blinds needed worked on but other than that a fantastic place highly recommended 🤗

Damaged and Dirty

I never leave reviews, but feel like other renters should be warned. Condo was very dirty and did not smell clean. Both couches were broken and the sofa bed does not fold out because it is so broken. Mattresses on bunks were all springs and very uncomfortable. Stains on sheets, blinds, doors, and windows. Coffee maker has mold in it and could not be used. I contacted property manager and she was very accommodating and sent over and air mattress and new coffee maker. Overall the room needs lots of work and a deep cleaning and I will not be staying here again.

Several things were messed up when we got there. Both couches were broken. The handle on the microwave was broken off. 2 receptacles didn't work in the kitchen.

Beautiful view of the beach

The property was wonderful view of the beach was amazing. Only one problem was the sofa couch arm rest was broken but no complaints from me I would definitely stay at the property again.

Just keep looking

Not sure if it’s the property mgmt company (book that condo.com) or the owner who is responsible for the state of this condo, but I will never book anything managed by these people again. Dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed, with broken bunk beds and a broken couch (both of which had comments saying things were fixed). Rustic camping has less filth.

Nice Place

Overall great vacation, the condo needs some updating furniture needs replaced and only real complaint was the 5:30pm check in. Was unaware checkin was between 4pm-6pm. We enjoyed the condo and would stay again. Very clean, and great communication and a big deal for us is the AC worked amazingly!

The shores of Panama

The place was clean, but very run down. One of the couch arms was completely broken. The bunk beds were in need of tlc to say the least. The elevators were a nightmare. People were screaming off the balconies at night. There are no chairs and umbrellas included in this rental for the beach. We made the best of everything.

The beach was always packed compared to other resorts like 10 times more packed. Being next to pineapple willys not sure if that has something to do with it. Not family friendly as there is majority younger crowd. Every night there was a howl started on the balconies that’s lasted hours. Elevators always packed. Felt so uncomfortable being there with my family.

Amazing vacation!!

I love this condo. Perfect parking on same floor as condo. Bunk beds are in a room of it’s own. It’s not in a hallway. It was so easy getting to pool and beach. Only one elevator. We will definitely be booking this condo again.
