This complex is in a great location. The pool rocks and the grounds are well kept. This unit was perfect for our family. We will come back next year.

Best ever stay at the beach

This property and location were perfect for us. Everything was easy. Our teenagers could walk or ride rented bikes into Rosemary Beach to shop or eat. We loved having the restaurant and bar at the beach entrance. Michael was super responsive when we had questions before arrival and during our stay. We plan to come back whenever we can!

Spring Break 2023

2nd time we’ve stayed at this condo and had a fabulous time!! Owner is super responsive and condo was perfect. The location on the bottom floor is so easy to access pool, beach and Crabby Steve’s (restaurant on site) and we can’t wait for our next stay here this summer!

Great week!

We really enjoyed our stay! The second bedroom with two bunk bed sets was perfect for our family of four. Being on the ground floor makes it so convenient with groceries and pool access. We hope this unit is available next year!

Fantastic experience

The owner was a gem to work with. Very informative, friendly, and quick to respond. The unit was the nicest we have stayed in so far at this resort. It is well stocked, very clean and the super comfortable.

Can’t wait to come back!

This property was perfect for our family of 4! The location was great - easy access to everything. The amenities were perfect. The condo had everything we needed and more. The first level location was also so convenient to the pool. It was also nice to have two beach chairs included and that once you check in with them they set it up daily for you! We can’t wait to come back.

Great Time at High Pointe

The pool side location was incredible. Walk to Crabby Steve's for lunch/dinner, and hang around pool or head down to beach. We loved the direct access this unit provided, without elevators or stairs. Great support and communication from our host and cleaning crew. Will definitely return. Free set up umbrellas was great,

Family spring break 2023

Unit is as advertised. I would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend. As I read in others reviews the pool was closed for a portion of our stay as well, the the fault of the Vrbo host and I was promised a partial credit but fair warning to others it does happen. The condo is clean and functional but there are things that could use some attention. Nothing major that would affect your stay just things like missing/broken door stops and finicky faucets etc that would have to be remedied to be a 5 star for me. All tolled, I give it a 4.8. And fair warning, the owner requests additional credit card info outside the Vrbo site for wristbands not returned.

Fall Break Getaway

Great location on the beachside in Seacrest, centrally located to everything. The weather and the beach were perfect during our stay. I would love to say that the pool was nice but it was closed for scheduled maintenance during our stay. This information should have been disclosed, one of the main reasons I booked this property was to have access to a pool. The unit is badly in need of a deep cleaning. I understand the turn time is short between rentals but I don't think that's an excuse not to properly clean. The carpet is stained throughout and it was visibly dirty on most surfaces. It makes it hard to have a comfortable stay when you can see dirt everywhere. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to resolve an issue we had with the microwave.

Great condo

We usually book at Highpointe, when we are coming to this area. Can't beat the beach the pool and location. We usually come in October and love it this time of year. This year the weather was PERFECT. On this occasion the pool was closed for 3 weeks for renovation. The owner worked with us and refunded some of our money for not being able to use the pool which is right out the back door, and the kids love to swim in.
