Great stay

The condo was absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room for our entire family and super clean. Close to many restaurants and activities. The location came with beach chairs and umbrellas that we used each day. Robert was quick to answer any questions we had.

Annual Girls Trip

The property was beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. The owner was attentive to any questions or needs. We especially enjoyed the extra large deck for lounging and taking in the breathtaking views! I would love to stay again!

Great family vacation!! The condo was beautiful and very clean!! Nicely decorated and had all the amenities to make for a relaxing vacation! Best Trip Ever!

My two best friends enjoy our annual trip and this was the first time we stayed here! It was wonderful! My bestie struggles with mobility issues and having TWO master bedrooms with walk in showers was awesome! Rob was amazing to work with and always was available to us! He was so thoughtful to check on us to make sure our trip was going well! We will definitely stay here again!

Either I misinterpreted or some of the pictures/narrative were inaccurate. The narrative said elevated toilets--they weren't. I thought the pictures showed low threshold showers in two rooms--they weren't. Three of our group have mobility issues, which was a factor in selecting the unit. We made it work, but since I selected the unit, I felt I had let the others down. Everything else was great. One suggestion--a place for smokers to sit would be appreciated.

Best view so far @ Tropic Winds!

We've stayed @ Tropic winds on 5 different occasions, because of the location being less busy & much quieter..This Condo had the best view of all of them! We could see the white beach as well as the different colors of the gulf, without the noise..The Balcony is Huge! We had family members staying in another Condo that came to have meals & there was more than enough room on the balcony & inside as well! The owner was very responsive & let us check in early & when we walked in there was a vase with roses to welcome us & telling us "Happy Anniversary!" (We came to celebrate our 40th)

Beautiful updated condo and great owners

We have stayed at Tropic Winds several times as a family and this condo was by far our favorite. Updated and perfectly situated on the 6th floor at the east end of the building. Rob was a fantastic owner, always responding to me right away. The condo was very clean when we arrived and it very well stocked and met all of our needs.

Amazing view and stay

Everything was amazing and an excellent stay. Just wish we could have stayed longer than a week. Loved how equipped the place was with everything we needed. Definitely will be staying here again in the future. Rob stayed in contact with me before the stay and when i arrived to see if everything was to par and if we had any problems. Great person!

The Most Amazing Balcony!

The unit was perfect for our needs and having the extra King room with a beach view was a plus! But by far, the oversized balcony was the winner! On rainy days, red flag days and times we were not interested in being in the sun, the balcony was a terrific place to retreat to still enjoy the ocean views and breezes. The unit is also very close to restaurants and activities.

Lovely condo, poor beach service

Lovely condo. Great owners. Lousy beach service. Comforably sat the five of us in the living room. Coffee table great for puzzle. Dining room table wonderful for games.. One of the king bedrooms overhead light only came on with the fan. Not ideal. One of the two full size beds sunk in so badly no one could have slept in it. Fortunately, we didn't need that bed. Lovely, well-stocked kitchen with a keurig, which we appreciated. Missed having a pantry, though. Regarding the beach service, condos that provide beach chairs and an umbrella do not get to reserve chairs for the week. Instead, one must reserve the chairs daily at 9 a.m. However, if you rent beach service, you may reserve the chairs you want for the entire week. We have never experienced this before. And we will never choose it again.

Heaven on 6th floor!

Great stay. The 6th floor is perfect because you can ride elevator up and take stairs down if you want. We really never had any issues with elevator wait times. The balcony is huge. We stayed with another family so both of us married couples was able to enjoy the master bedrooms and walkout onto the balcony. The condo was clean and the owner was great with communication! A must stay!

High school graduation trio

My husband and I along with our son and his best friend and his parents stayed in this beautiful condo. This trip was to celebrate their high school graduation. This condo was very spacious, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The two master suites were a bonus!

This unit was perfect for our trip. We are a family unit of 5, kids being 12,15,17, we had two extras adults. Making us a party of 7. We took my in laws for their first trip to Florida. It was spacious and perfect. Having two masters with balcony access was wonderful. Everything you need is already in this unit. Description is on point. Thank you for a wonderful trip!!

Very nice condo two thumbs up!!!!!!

Condo was beautiful we loved the oversized balcony. Kitchen was very well stocked and had great appliances. Bedrooms where very spacious. Amazing view of the beach from each master bedroom. Both master bathrooms had walk in showers. The beach chair service was also very nice they put chairs out daily at 9am and picked them up around 5pm. You can rent extra chair or just use the very nice chair from the condo. The beach was very nice and not over crowded. Things to know about the rest of the property. You can’t have alcohol or almost any drinks at the pool or the hot tub areas. The parking is very tight and highly monitored I got a parking warning for having my truck parked on not over just on the yellow line. No kids under 12 in the hot tub. Also you are not allowed to fly a drone on the property. They don’t allow golf carts to be parked on property. The condo itself was amazing. Property owner was very easy and friendly to deal with. My family had an amazing vacation. Lots of great place to dine with in walking distance.

Exactly as Advertised & More!

Condo #601 of Tropic Winds was the right fit for our ffamily vacation. With 5 adults and 2 children (ages 3 & 5). 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms provided the space to do things together, yet also gave space for privacy when desired. The open concept between the kitchen, dining area, living room and super large lanai kept everyone involved. Especially loved the view off the lanai (with 3 access doors!). Experienced both sunrise and sunset from the spacious lanai. The owners were very helpful and left nothing to wonder about, from use of the in-house washer/dryer and other household info, to location of specific rental 'toys', favorite eating spots, and requirements for enjoying the facilities and access to the beach (use of parking permits, wrist band use and access code to the poolside boardwalk). Condo is stocked with what you need ie: kitchenware; cooking utensils, pots/pans, bakingware; beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs & towels; movies & games; and more. Hands down a stress-free, enjoyable, & restful experience. We're looking forward to a return trip to Panama City Beach and renting from these owners again. 😊
