Parking was very secure and was very nice to have a reserved spot, however, it was hard manipulating the narrow corners. Room was very clean and supplies for kitchen and living room were nicely furnished. Beautiful views of the pool and ocean!

Unit was clean. Couch was worn and not comfortable. View was amazing. Pool was beautiful but not heated. It is listed as a heated pool due to the indoor pool. Parking garage is a nightmare and your space is not on the same floor as the unit. Spaces are very tight! Keeping up with wristbands is annoying

1st PCB trip

1st time to PCB and had a great time. Very nice gulf shore line and beautiful white sand. Condo was above average. Nice enough. Kitchen needs an upgrade. Cabinet color and appliances make it look slightly dated. Comparative to condos I've stayed before(like North Beach Resort Myrtle Beach SC which Shores of Panama compares to.) Condo needs a new front door and moulding around it to give a cleaner "well kept" look. The 4th floor was perfect to show off the best part of the unit. The view! Awesome! Big balcony centered and overlooking that beautiful pool and ocean. Host was excellent responding to inquiries right away. Will be back to PCB next summer.

Nice property great location

Everything was as advertised and there was never an issue with the cleanliness or anything not working. The staff of the resort are very friendly and keep the property very clean. The owner/property manager, Ellie was very friendly and and quick to respond to any issues or questions we I had. I would stay again and recomend to friends and family.

Fantastic 5 weeks in Florida!

This was the perfect property to stay during January and February. Ellie, the property manager, is an absolute delight! She also helps to plan activities for the months of January and February. There is always something to do and lots of wonderfully friendly people to meet! We had bingo nights, game nights, trivia nights, yoga classes, water aerobics, crafts, a Superbowl party and weekly meet and greet happy hour. The location is perfect. Shopping and restaurants are all very close. I would absolutely book this unit again !

Shores of panama

This hotel room was beautiful and very clean and had everything we needed and the view was amazing but that was the only good part about the stay at shores of panama. The hotel itself is awful. It took us 30 minutes one night to even get on an elevator and that was having to ride it down to ground floor and back up to our room. The workers are VERY rude and will absolutely not help you with anything. You are not aloud to have anyone over that is not currently staying at that hotel, we ran into this issue when our aunt and uncle that live in the area tried to come to the hotel room to hang out with us and they wouldn't allow them in. You only get one parking pass even with a big group of people they only allow one car to park in the parking garage so you have to pay for parking the entire week. Overall this hotel is AWFUL and we will NEVER be back to this resort again and I don't recommend it to others either.

It's not what we spect

When we book this place we though this place was newer, we pay $75 per parking and there's not a designate parking for that unit and we have to look and look for an empty spot, inside of the room there's a dust on every appliances, light bulbs, fans, everywhere, the toilet set was lose and for this razons we don't recommend this place

Fun Spring Break with Kids

Condo was exactly as described. It was beautiful. The view was great! Beds were very comfortable. The only thing was the couch bed was not in good shape. But my son was good with sleeping on the regular couch. We have 3 kids ages 6, 10 & 14 and they all loved the complex. The pool was great for the kids and the hot tub. The beach was nice too. Walking distance to shopping and eating was a bonus! Owner was very responsive as well!

Good stay on Panama City Beach!

Room 412 had a wonderful view of the awesome pool and beach (both which are just steps away!!) Previous reviews I read said the elevator wait times were long but we didn’t run into that. My only complaint would be the couches in the condo need updated badly. They are very worn out, however, we didn’t hang out a ton at the condo so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Regardless, I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great Place!

We had the best time at this property!! We arrived around 9pm and everything was ready for us, the information about the room and our bracelets and parking pass. The place was very clean , plenty of extra sheets and blankets and a huge patio. We just loved the resort feel of the property , when at the huge pool you can get cocktails or food. Convenient!!! And 412 has all the beach toys the kids need- buckets and toys for sand , and boogie boards!!! I loved the fan in the bathroom that runs because it’s a built in sound machine for the kids…. That’s a bonus!! The parking garage was a little stressful but we have a full size truck, I just was patient and had a watchful eye before approaching a turn. The view of the beach was breathtaking from the room. The fourth floor was perfect, if the elevators were busy we just took the stairs. Great communication from Ellie. ❤️We will definitely be back!!

Great Location

Great location. Across from Walmart, beside Pineapple Willy’s. 4th floor is great because can use the stairs. The elevator can be slow. Worked well for myself and 2 teenage boys for our visit for a baseball tournament.

Lovely unit in a busy highrise!

Full disclosure: Our stay was at the height of the summer vacation season. Pros: The unit was bright, with cute beachy decor, and perfectly clean! Plenty of space for our family of 4. Beautiful ocean view. Steps to the sand. The swimming pool is huge with a kiddie area and an adult area with depths to 5'. The unit is on the 4th floor so you can use the stairs rather than the two woefully small elevators that are supposedly adequate to service 20 floors of 30-40 units each. Centrally located to everything in the PCB tourist area. The property manager, Ellie, is a delight! She responded immediately to any inquiry and followed up with us to see if we needed anything. ELLIE ROCKS! Cons: The unit is loud. The A/C works great, but it's loud (I realize this is not the owner's fault.) There is a dehumidifier in the second bathroom that is mounted in the ceiling over the washer/dryer that is always running. I understand the need for it, but it kept our kids awake because there is a large vent to the bathroom in the wall right next to the top bunk. The master bedroom bed is the loudest we've ever slept on -- it squeaks and creaks loudly with every movement and I'm not sure why! My husband and I woke up whenever the other person turned over and we are both of average height and weight. The high rise itself is loud due to the number of units and people walking the halls. There were many families, but also a large number of college-aged single adults who were loudly intoxicated at night and sang, howled, and screamed off the balconies each night (we were there Sun night - Wed night). Parking was a challenge as the unit does not have a reserved space. We always managed to find an open "unreserved" spot but sometimes we had to go several floors above the 4th floor to find one, and the driving lane is not very wide so it was a challenge navigating around the other cars going in and out. Even though there are signs posted that vehicles longer than a certain length should not park in the garage, there were a number of oversized vehicles parked anyway which made it even more difficult. The patio furniture needs to be replaced as one of the lounge chairs was completely broken and the other was mostly broken, and the other two upright chairs weren't as comfortable to sit in and enjoy the fresh air and ocean views. All in all, we had an absolutely wonderful time and would recommend Ellie and her hospitality to any of our friends.
